Tipperary, is seeking a Scrum Master.
The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile Scrum processes within cross-functional teams responsible for software development, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.
This candidate will ensure Agile practices are effectively applied while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA, Gx P, and 21 CFR Part 11, supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant solutions.
The successful candidate will support validation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives critical to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies (demo, redemo, discussions).
Guide teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices tailored to regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, compliant backlog aligned with business and regulatory needs.
Track sprint progress, velocity, and deliverables; review planners, update task status, and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
Identify, remove, and resolve blockers and queries impacting sprint teams; highlight risks and issues to leadership.
Support sprint teams in project execution and ensure attendance tracking is maintained.
Foster effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, including Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Operations.
Facilitate discussions between sprint teams and external stakeholders (e.g., Emerson, regulatory, or QA groups).
Ensure Agile practices align with industry standards, GMP, risk management, and documentation requirements.
Promote continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on processes and implement efficiency, compliance, and quality enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Proven experience managing and supporting digital systems, software platforms, or industrial control systems.
Strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles.
Proficiency with relevant digital tools and platforms specific to the industry (e.g., SCADA, MES, ERP, cloud services).
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, cybersecurity certifications) are a plus.

You'll help drive change and manage ongoing projects and remove impediments while working closely with management, security engineers, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and best practices, promoting continuous improvement.
Responsibility for development of existing/future business analysts.
Guide and support teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
Identify and address blockers and dependencies across teams.
Collaborate closely with operational managers to ensure backlogs are refined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and report on team performance, using data-driven insights to drive improvement.
Enhance the use of Azure Dev Ops across the operation to ensure more efficient ways of working are established.
Building and monitoring Azure Dev Ops and Power Bi dashboards for future metrics.
Support the project managers and operational mangers in capacity planning.
The ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following skills and experience: Essential: Prior experience working with cybersecurity teams or in a highly secure/regulated sector (e.g., finance, government, defense).
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team dependencies and align delivery with strategic priorities.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Desirable: Experience in use of Service Now would be beneficial not necessary essential Background or understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools Experience in Dev Sec Ops or integrating security into Agile/CI-CD workflows.
Exposure to threat management, incident response processes, or vulnerability lifecycle management.
