**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience reading code (Python or C#).
+ 2 years of experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
+ 2 years of experience triaging SaaS products, related technologies (Pantheon, Kibana, Datadog, Grafana), and REST API's (Chrome devtools, Postman, cUrl, Swagger).
+ 2 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs, and triaging technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational, process).
+ Ability to work non-standard working hours, including weekends, as needed.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Certification in Security such as Security+, CEH, CISM, CISSP.
+ Experience working with Linux/Unix from Kernel to Shell, file systems and client-server protocols.
+ Experience administering and troubleshooting networks, including network monitoring tools.
+ Experience working with customers to understand their business needs and issues and articulating their issues internally.
+ Experience writing and delivering technical training materials.
+ Understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, TCP, TLS, SAML).

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will combine software development, networking, data analysis, and systems administration expertise with an aptitude for technical consulting, troubleshooting, and analysis. You will work across multiple customer-facing teams to improve the product's outlook, while also ensuring that global businesses and organizations continue. You are a technical solutions authority, helping Googlers and customers approach and resolve technology problems and design Google-scale services.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Resolve and diagnose customer problems, design and implement new operations, productivity and investigation tools to increase efficiency for Technical Solutions Engineering.
+ Act as a consultant and subject-matter-expert for stakeholders in the engineering, business, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment issues and improve the product's outlook.
+ Obtain and maintain an understanding of Google's product technology and software architectures, build in-product self-service solutions.
+ Work with multiple product and engineering teams on understanding ways to improve the product and interact with our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to drive production excellence.
+ Advocate for our customers by representing their issues to Product Management and Software Engineering and develop innovative ways to resolve issues.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Bringing subject matter expertise and experience in running the model, system and business operational components of our Enterprise Customer Risk Assessment and List Management functions for the Bank
+ This role will also help to specify the requirement for, and oversee the modernisation and enhancement of our CRA/LM technology, , and incorporate automation in the FIU-Detection functions and processes that support those functions
+ This job is responsible for managing, supporting, and executing our regulatory remediation efforts related to CRA/LM across all the regions including BAU processes and execution, remediation tracking, action plan closure documentation, and automation design and development
+ The role will be partnering across the Bank and Enterprise with key stakeholders and executives within the First Line Units and Regional Teams.
**What we are looking for:**
+ The right level of acumen and authority to drive the customer risk strategy, enforce upstream change requirements with partners, and drive/execute the end-to-end changes including models and technology
+ Extensive Global Banking and Global Markets risk and compliance experience at a major global bank
+ AML/financial crime regulatory and compliance experience
+ CAMS, CFE, CRCM Certification a plus
