What Youll Do PPC Management for Ecommerce (80% Focus): Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and boost ecommerce sales in the UK & Ireland. Conduct detailed keyword research, bid management, and performance audits tailored to ecommerce goals, ensuring ad relevance and maximized ROI for online stores. Manage budgets, bids, and ad copy to deliver cost-efficient, high-performing campaigns that enhance product visibility and drive purchases. Analyze PPC performance metrics using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEMrush, delivering insights to optimize ecommerce conversion funnels and revenue. Global Ecommerce Collaboration (20% Focus): Partner with local teams across the EU, USA, and Australia to provide guidance, best practices, and support for managing PPC accounts for their ecommerce platforms. Collaborate on aligning global PPC strategies, sharing ecommerce-specific insights, and optimizing campaigns to meet regional online sales targets. SEO Support for Ecommerce: Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to enhance search visibility, drive organic traffic, and support ecommerce product rankings. Ensure ecommerce websites comply with SEO best practices, including schema markup for products, mobile responsiveness, and page speed optimization for seamless shopping experiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to align content strategies, optimize product landing pages, and improve ecommerce website performance to support PPC and SEO goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce-specific metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value, cart abandonment) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Conversion Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) across ecommerce touchpoints, such as product pages, checkout processes, and promotional campaigns, to maximize online sales. Technical Collaboration: Partner with web developers and designers to implement PPC landing page enhancements and SEO improvements tailored to ecommerce functionality and user experience. Industry Awareness: Stay current with the latest PPC, SEO, and ecommerce trends, including algorithm updates, consumer behavior, and digital marketing tools, to drive competitive online growth. What Were Looking For Experience: Proven track record in a similar SEM/SEO role, with extensive expertise in PPC campaign management for ecommerce platforms. PPC Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and related tools, with a focus on optimizing paid search campaigns to drive ecommerce sales and ROI. SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO strategies to support organic traffic and product visibility on ecommerce websites. Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze PPC and SEO data, derive actionable insights, and optimize ecommerce performance metrics like conversion rates and revenue. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration to enhance ecommerce PPC landing pages and SEO initiatives. Collaboration: Ability to manage UK & Ireland ecommerce PPC accounts independently while effectively partnering with global teams in the EU, USA, and Australia. Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to balance 80% regional ecommerce PPC focus with 20% global collaboration. CMS Experience: Experience with CMS platforms tailored for ecommerce is a plus. Qualifications Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field or related work experience. Certifications: Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification is seen as a plus. Local Expertise: Experience with local SEO and managing business listings, such as Google Business Profiles, to complement ecommerce PPC efforts.
