Job Description

Architect /Project Architect An RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with good design skills and technical understanding is urgently required by a city centre architectural design studio. They are a busy design office with an array of award winning projects and some of their current work includes medium and largescale residential, retail, mixed-use, leisure and civic developments. They are actively seeking a Registered Architect with in excess of 5 years experience, along with proven success working on medium and largescale residential and retail projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desired along with Adobe creative suite. In addition to competitive salary, they offer generous holiday allowance, annual bonus, early finish Friday and many more. An award winning architectural design office specialising in the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and retail sectors, have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior level RIAI Architect to join the team. The self-motivated Architect (RIAI) will have 10-15 years experience leading and managing architectural developments across various sectors. They will have a strong background in managing projects of varying scales, possess strong technical and design expertise and ensuring all building regulations, planning requirements etc meet industry standards and client specifications. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from design concept through to completion, using BIM while managing a small team. A leading developer with projects across Ireland, are seeking to recruit an experienced Architect OR Architectural Technologist with strong residential project experience to join the team as a Design Manager. The Architect /Architectural Technologist will take the responsibility for leading the pre-construction phase as a Design Manager and coordinate early-stage design activities across multiple residential developments. Playing a critical role in design reviews, technical assessments, and ensuring alignment with central design standards during the pre-construction phase. Reporting to the Design Lead, they will support cross-functional teams through planning, design, and early delivery. This is a strategic role requiring strong coordination skills, an innovative mindset, and the ability to unify stakeholders across disciplines.
