Our division provides Civil and Structural expertise across power generation and HV transmission including power plants, HV substation / HVDC Interconnector converter station, and HV cable projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Principal Structural Engineer with experience of engineering design to join our Civil and Structural Team in Ireland. Working closely with the General Manager and Base Maintenance Manager, the Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects ensuring they are completed within agreed timeframes. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Drive projects from the concept stage through to full implementation; playing an integral role in the success of each project.
- Preparing project status reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information before recommending actions to be taken.
- Determine project schedules by studying project plans and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.
- Arrange and chair project meetings, follow up with stakeholders as required.
- Assist in the development of existing and new processes.
- Motivate team members to complete tasks on schedule.
- Supply detailed project status updates and deal with any minor project issues with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for delivering all required business reports and monitor business KPI performance.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Engineer role is preferred
- Engineering degree or very strong technical background with a proven record of problem solving and results.
- Good organisational, analytical & time management skills essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate directly with engineers and managers
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft suite and Trello advantageous
- Work with a high level of individual responsibility.

The Project / Equipment Engineer reports to the Senior Manager for Engineering Projects and is responsible for scoping and executing technical projects supporting Drug Product manufacturing within Formulation, Component Preparation, Vial/Syringe Filling, Lyophilisation and Inspection. This includes qualification of new equipment and implementation of associated reliability and maintenance programs.

Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring that the technical issues are resolved without delay.
- Process internal procurement from equipment enquires though requisitioning and monitoring manufacture through to delivery to site whilst maintaining a comprehensive audit train
- Attend and record regular supply chain meetings to ensure that progress is monitored and maintained within the overall construction programme.
- Prepare risk assessments, method statements and all aspects relating to Health and Safety on site.
- Liaise with the design team and supply chain to ensure correct operation of the plant on site and successful handover.

What we are looking for:
- Degree or trade qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Experience in CHW & LPHW piping systems as well as HVAC systems
- At least 3 years' experience in an engineering role on construction projects such as commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare or laboratory.
- Confident in production of tech subs and liaising with designs team to gain approval.
- Confident in review and drawings and 3-D model to achieve construction approval of drawings.
- Confident dealing with subcontractors on site to achieve project goals.
- Familiar with commissioning processes and Project completion targets.
- Creating and managing works to go schedules to close packages.
- Confident in procurement of materials.
- Confident in creation of detailed equipment schedules for the Project.
