+ Provide technical leadership by acting as 'System Owner' to drive improvements and excellence within specific aspects of the manufacturing operation.
+ Support the manufacturing team to consistently deliver on specific area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), e.g., Safety, Quality, Schedule adherence, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and team training.
Validation and Compliance:
+ Assist and/or lead facility and equipment validation activities.
+ Execute continuous improvement projects within the site's aseptic filling manufacturing areas.
+ Develop and/or review URS for process and automation systems. Lead and coordinate equipment vendor FATs ensuring acceptability of plant and documentation prior to site delivery.
+ Play a key role in the review, approval, and execution process of Engineering and Validation lifecycle documentation.
+ Ensure adherence to standards and good engineering practices.
Investigations and Audits:
+ Act as the engineering technical lead during investigations and audits, providing expert guidance and support.
+ Lead the preparation and presentation of technical information during internal and external audits.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
+ Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or associated discipline or equivalent
+ Significant engineering experience in a site and/or corporate engineering environment, with specific specialized expertise in Upstream Processes, Downstream Processes, Oral Solid Dosage, CIP/SIP, Clean Utilities, utilities, HVAC, Packaging, and Devices.
+ Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and design documents.
+ Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
+ Good technical knowledge of project engineering principles, i.e., all phases of project life cycle - URS through to hand-over.
+ Fluent in the needs of validation FAT to PQ (protocol generation, review, execution, and reporting).
+ Knowledge of cGMP/GAMP requirements.
+ Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methods would be an advantage.
+ Proficiency in the use of quality management systems, with experience in the use of Trackwise software being an advantage.

Marsh Tech is seeking to appoint a Principal Engineer to lead development efforts around our strategic document management platform, called 'MShare'. MShare uses SharePoint Online as the underlying document repository, with significant and complex custom built apps and integration components deployed in front of SharePoint to provide the specific capabilities required by the Marsh business, including straight through integration from transactional systems, and AI / LLM powered natural language search. Earlier this year, Marsh completed the first stage of the MShare program, and the product is now live in over 46 countries, for over 18,000 users, and with around 35 integrating applications. However, this is only the beginning of the story. MShare has a multi-year roadmap planned that includes further deployments across the Marsh world; re-development of the custom apps and integration layers using MMC strategic technologies; multi-geo deployment across Microsoft's global Azure footprint, developments to leverage SharePoint best practices and new features, and further use of AI / LLMs to improve the user experience, and much more. The role of the Principal Engineer is to drive the technical direction and development of MShare over the next few years, including leading the distributed technology team to deliver the roadmap and delight our users. The Fabric Customer Advisory Team (CAT) is hiring a Principal Program Manager, who has deep hands-on technical experience with big data analytics solution implementations with Apache Spark & Lakehouse architecture. The ideal candidate should also have insights into the business needs and expectations of our customers as they invest in BI solutions. This will enable us to secure strategic deals that leverage not only Fabric, but also other components of the Microsoft BI and data stack. This role will also involve working closely with key partners and helping them develop their skills along the way.

**Responsibilities**
+ Proactively identify customer needs, discover unmet needs and potential plans for resolution across multiple product groups.
+ Help to define complex product and program strategy from customer interactions, and efficiently execute customer solutions and projects that scale to multiple/complex enterprise customers.
+ Proactively create and map Microsoft solutions to customer requirements and environments, leveraging deep technical expertise within the customer industry, customer business goals, and technical capabilities to align solutions that meet customer needs.
+ Collaborate with customers and/or internal stakeholders to communicate strategy and align solution implementation timeline, provide updates, and adapt plans to changing goals.
+ Anticipate highly complex product/solution-related requests or issues that may arise from customers.

**Qualifications**

+ Provide data-driven insights, critically analyze challenges and test hypotheses to inform key business decisions
+ Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with the financial goals of client performance management
+ Design and develop custom pricing models tailored to specific products or client segments as needed. Review the performance of existing pricing models, identifying opportunities for enhancement or optimization based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs. Communicate proposed changes and their potential impact clearly to non-technical stakeholders
+ Break down pricing model functionalities into detailed components; formulate technical and business requirements for deployment to production systems. Work closely with engineering teams to deploy pricing models in production environments
+ Drive automation and streamline pricing processes by identifying gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows; design solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to map out existing procedures and gather feedback on pain points. Design and implement automated solutions-such as scripts, dashboards, or workflow tools-that reduce manual intervention, minimize errors, and accelerate pricing operations. Develop clear documentation and provide training for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes
+ Identify opportunities for more comprehensive, multi-dimensional pricing that consider a variety of factors such as up-to-date, market relevant, alignment with regulations, market events. Support development and tracking of network performance KPI's to quantify impact of these pricing initiatives
+ Thoroughly learn the business and educate those around you, both on your team and more broadly, on the mechanics of network pricing and the PBM business model

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Extensive experience in business focused analytical roles (e.g. finance, business analysis, data analytics)
+ Extensive experience leading projects autonomously
+ Intermediate level of SQL experience with experience querying large volumes of transactional data
+ Advanced level of proficiency in Python in data manipulation and analysis
+ Experience working with visualization software such as Tableau and/or PowerBI
+ Experience in MS Office, including proficiency with MS Excel
+ Experience with managing others
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience communicating and presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
+ Undergraduate Degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)
+ Experience with Azure Databricks & the Azure Ecosystem
+ Experience working in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking or Telco
**Soft Skills:**
+ Communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
