In PGIM Fixed Income, our technology group is a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with exciting changes on the horizon under new senior leadership. We are looking for a well-rounded individual to be part of the Application Service Delivery team to manage the production environment. You will be based in our Letterkenny office on a hybrid basis.

This will include front-office investment systems, business support applications and complex back-office data management platforms. What You Will Do:
- Provide production management for systems used by Front Office, Operations, and Client teams.
- Provide oversight for the PGIM Fixed Income technology batch environment.
- Ownership and accountability for the operation, monitoring, and integrity of the technology platform, including complex nightly data import processes from multiple external vendors.
- Available to be on-call for failure escalations including evenings and weekends on a rotation basis.
- Participation in the incident and problem management processes, being accountable for resolution, root cause analysis and technology/business reporting as well as communication.
- Responsible for the reliability and resiliency of production environment following established incident, change and problem management processes.
- Relationship management internally with the business and technology stakeholders.
- Navigate the broader technology organization, build relationships to manage the team's agenda with our critical technology partners.
- Interface with external vendors and their technical support/development organizations ensuring focus to resolution of issues and strategic enhancements.
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years of experience working in a technology role preferably in software development and/or application support.

9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
10. Experience developing software to automate operations
11. 5+ years of experience developing and understanding network device configurations for at least one network vendor (e.g. Arista, Juniper, Cisco, Brocade, Ciena, Infinera, Nokia, etc.)
12. 5+ years of coding experience in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Go,C++,)
13. Demonstrated knowledge of TCP, IPv4/6, Routing Protocols (one or more of BGP, MPLS, ISIS, or similar), or related network services (e.g. DHCP and DNS)

15. 6+ years of experience building software solutions for managing network infrastructure, with a focus on scalability and reliability

17. Proven experience designing, developing, and operating distributed systems at scale, with an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space
18. Experience designing and maintaining automated testing infrastructure to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems
19. Knowledge of IB/RDMA/RoCE Networks, including RDMA congestion control mechanisms, AI training workloads and demands they exert on networks
