Responsibilities Include

- Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead annual negotiations with key accounts, develop action plans to achieve objectives, and monitor execution and progress.
- Market & Competitive Landscape Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of your accounts and the competitive landscape.

We're Looking For
Enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills.
A genuine interest in cars and the Volkswagen brand.
Confidence in speaking with people, both in person and on the phone.
A strong desire to learn and develop a successful sales career.
A full, clean driving licence (or working towards one).
Experience in sales or retail is an advantage, but not essential - we'll teach you everything you need to know.
