Role Introduction Senior Quality Assurance Tester: Technically capable on Testing Methodologies , relevant Payments experience ( preferably in Merchant Acquisition and Payments platforms)
Hands-on Test Engineer needed for Digital & Transaction Processing aspects for Merchant Acquisition and Payment processing projects within QEA GBS EMEA. Should be very familiar with applications/systems like Portal Testing, ETL/ODI/EDM, Switching technologies like BASE24, BRIDGE and usage of POS terminals, card processing and transactions as well have an overall understanding of the Payments processing life cycle. Will be responsible for supervising a set of testers ( junior and senior) in order to get projects/programs completed, lead from the front in terms of technical decisioning and test design/execution aspects. Should be able to deal with senior stakeholders within Fiserv in terms of explanations and technical discussions and mentor testers .
**What you Will Do**
+ Desired Experience Minimum 6-10 years of experience
+ Very well versed with POS Terminals ( PAX, Ingenico, Clover) testing, Transaction Processing , Card Schemes ( VISA/MC/Amex/Diners/JCB etc.), Card Simulators, Digital Portals, ETL ( SQL/ODI)
+ Familiarization with the Merchant Acquiring Cycle and Payments, flow from On-boarding to Transaction processing to Settlement.
+ Should be able to take on a Component Lead Test role for critical high profile projects and programs and run a small team of 3-4 testers
+ Should be able to delve in hands on in terms of problem solving or defect fixes/bugs etc.
+ Excellent communication skills ( needs to talk to Developers, BA and Clients across Europe)
+ Previous Payments experience ( given above this is probably implicit)
+ Automation experience with any of the above will be brilliant.
+ Good attitude, able to adapt to different situations and changes in project direction easily , eager learner and innovative.
+ Perform (project-level) test lead duties when needed including and not limited to stakeholder discussions, defect management and status reporting.
+ Ensures enforcement/adherence to Quality Stage Gates, reviewing acceptance criteria for accuracy, clarity and completeness.
