**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
The main responsibility of the Training Coordinator is to monitor and complete site training queries, ensuring delivery of safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitoring and answering the training queries submitted via the training request system and mailbox.
- Entering new hires/employees into the training system in a timely manner and ensuring the correct training plan is assigned.
- Running reports to ensure the training system is in a constant state of compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provision of assistance to various functions on the correct selection of training plans and training materials.
- Perform Quality review of training documentation in accordance with approved procedures to ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
**_QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE_**
- Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years previous experience in medical / pharmaceutical industry would be preferred.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Key Accountabilities Deliver face-to-face classroom/virtual training sessions, or simulator (scenario), tailored to different user groups (e.g., frontline employees, managers, system administrators, and the HR team) Collaborate with the Colleague E2E project team, Transformation Team, and Head of Learning to understand training materials, timelines, rollout plans, hyper care support post Go-Live, and establish metrics to measure successful completion Localise and adapt training content to suit site-specific needs and user capabilities withing a multi-culturally diverse environment Provide on-site support during go-live periods, acting as the first point of contact for training-related queries Gather feedback from training sessions, feedback to the project team, and contribute to the delivery of continuous improvement training materials and approach Maintain accurate records of training attendance and user readiness Support change management activities by promoting system benefits and address user frustrations/ barriers Liaise with site leadership to coordinate training logistics and ensure alignment with operational needs Experience and Skills Essential: Proven experience delivering training in a fast-paced, operational or multi-site environment Experience supporting system rollouts or digital transformation projects Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences (job roles, cultures and values, and languages) Confident in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery (e.g., MS Teams, and the articulate e-learning platforms) Ability to travel frequently and work independently across multiple locations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, along with time management capability Desirable: Experience with Workday and/or time tracking (pref: UKG) systems Background in HR, operations, or workforce management Experience in change management or user adoption initiatives Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design Experience around the delivery of training materials to multi-lingual populations Behaviours and Attributes Proactive: Practical, hands-on. Your new company As Training & Mentoring Specialist, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new company requires you to join their team for 6-12 months depending on business requirements. You will have a hybrid working model, 2-3 days providing in-person training nationwide and 2 days working from home. Your new role As Training & Mentoring Specialist, you will deliver training sessions to field and office-based staff across Ireland; create and adapt training materials from technical documentation (slides, one-pagers); provide mentorship to ~10 individuals, including regular check-ins and progress tracking; coordinate and manage training sessions with support from other business areas; maintain attendance records and follow-up documentation; support remote training delivery via Zoom or similar platforms and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role. This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent experience within a reputable Irish semi-state organisation. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience delivering technical/process training with experience in a highly regulated environment, company driven industry. You will have strong IT skills with proficient working knowledge of MS Suite and Work & Asset Management Systems (e.g. Maximo), experience with handheld units in ad advantage. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
