**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
+ Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
+ Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.

**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

This is a key role in shaping and driving recruitment activity across the business, ensuring the company attracts, engages, and secures top-tier talent across both professional and business support functions.
About the Role: As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will take ownership of the recruitment function, guiding both strategy and delivery: Lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring solutions.
Manage relationships with preferred recruitment suppliers to ensure quality and timely hiring outcomes.
Oversee job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Mentor and support junior team members, including a business services graduate.

Contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects in collaboration with the Recruitment Senior Manager.
About You: Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, ideally in a professional or corporate services environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and build strong internal partnerships.
Confident and effective communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with a process-driven and detail-oriented approach.
Solid understanding of recruitment legislation and industry best practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture with shifting priorities.
