Qualifications & Requirements
- A recognized qualification in Social Care, Psychology, or a related field (minimum Level 7 NFQ).
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with CORU – including recognition of international qualifications where applicable.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in social care (preferably with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or complex needs).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting others.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
- Legal authorization to work in Ireland is required.

*Working Hours: *
- 169 hours per month for full time on a 7-day roster/ 84.5 hours per month for part time
- 281 hours annual leave WTE (pro rata for part time positions)
Flexible work hours including sleepovers, weekends, and bank holidays
50% premium payment paid for Sunday hours
- Double time payment for Bank Holiday Hours
- Saturday shift allowance
