**Candidate Experience**
+ Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through to handoff to recruiters
+ Communicate Medtronic's value proposition clearly and consistently to candidates
**Metrics and Reporting**
+ Track sourcing performance metrics (e.g., time-to-source, outreach response rates, pipeline conversion)
+ Use data insights to refine and improve sourcing strategies
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Requires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant talent sourcing experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
+ Experience sourcing and recruiting Engineering and R&D roles within highly regulated industries
+ Proven ability to work as part of a team
+ Previous mentorship experience (Hiring Managers, Recruiters)
+ Experience in employer branding desirable
+ Experience with Workday recruiting software

+ Strong analytical skills demonstrated in performing bid analysis, cost analysis, fair-value analysis, and scenario modeling

+ Strong experience with contract negotiations
+ Experience building relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and suppliers
+ Demonstrated persuasion skills and the ability to gain agreement among a wide range of stakeholders

+ Solid understanding of potential InfoSec, Data Privacy, and Legal requirements from a contractual and policy perspective

We are currently sourcing a Supply Chain Manager to join our site leadership team, reporting to our Site Head. The Supply Chain Manager leads all supply chain and warehouse activities related to supply of current products and new product launches.

Qualifications

**Key Responsibilities**
**Indirect Materials & Operational Support**
+ Coordinate consumables planning with suppliers and operational teams.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join our Supply Chain Team.
This well-structured programme will offer the successful graduate an opportunity to build on their recent qualifications and gain excellent, relevant on the job experience to assist their career progression.
This is a 22-month contract where you will learn and spend time experiencing aspects of our Supply Chain function including our Customer Service, Planning & Logistics teams. Working with a world-renowned brand, you can avail of our many wonderful initiatives, participate in our further education opportunities via our education assistance program, get involved in volunteer projects and so much more!
On completion of the program, successful candidates will be ready for a Supply Chain position. These positions will be commencing in January 2026.
**What you will do for us**
+ Support the team on a wide range of process Initiatives activities in line with our Supply Chain strategy.
+ Engagement with our key stakeholders to ensure timely follow up on all communications and requests.
+ Support our digital transformation journey & apply operational excellence tools and techniques to continuously improve our processes and eliminate waste.
+ Perform adequate checks on our processes and standards to drive improvements in our cost structure and flexibilities in supplies.
+ Support the metrics, monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance to plan by gathering information from plant and inventory systems.
+ Maintaining our procedures & guidelines- ensure our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are up to date and in compliance with our company standards.
+ Support the team with other ad hoc duties as required.
**Education Requirements, Skills & Work experience**
+ Recent bachelor's degree or master's graduate (2024/2025) in Business specializing in either business administration, finance, or data analytics preferable.
+ Business proficiency in English an additional European language is an advantage.
+ Work experience (Internship) within a Supply Chain environment would be an advantage.
+ Excellent aptitude for data and technology with strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
+ Curious, motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work according to tight deadlines.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively & concisely.
+ Be flexible and a great team player.

Support freight booking by reviewing benchmark rates and recommending freight partners. Collect and analyze bulk freight quotes, advising Finance on optimal routes (rail, sea, or air). Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline shipping and delivery schedules. Sales & Customer Engagement Act as a point of contact for key customer accounts, maintaining contracts and relationships. Participate in weekly customer calls to review shortages, backlogs, and delivery commitments. Provide customers with regular backlog and delivery lead time reports. Escalate critical shortages or delays and recommend solutions (e.g., prioritizing SKUs, expediting deliveries). Identify new sales opportunities by spotting gaps in competitor supply and leveraging available stock. Provide ad hoc support to customer queries in a timely manner. Quality & Technical Support Maintain ERP master data, ensuring commercial data (prices, lead times, MOQs, packing specs) is up to date. Support accuracy of technical datasheets and product information per SKU. Place purchase orders based on technical/engineering requirements, ensuring correct versions are ordered. Track quality metrics (samples, AQL, batch tracking) to support audits and compliance. Qualifications Required for the desired candidate: Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in demand planning, production scheduling, or inventory management. Proficiency in planning software and ERP systems.
