**Team/Role Overview**
The Legal Regulatory Inventory Officer is an intermediate level, non-attorney role, responsible for providing legal support to the Citi Legal team. In this role, you will provide critical support by drafting content for Citi's Financial Regulatory Inventory in order to keep it up to date with the latest laws, rules and regulations that impact Citi's businesses and functions. This role requires a pragmatic, proactive professional. You will have a strong legal and/or compliance background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. A background in financial services is required. Previous experience with EU prudential requirements, including policy developments and supervisory expectations is beneficial.
**What you'll do**
+ Execute legal programs and projects to achieve coordinated and efficient process improvements and legal support solutions; liaises with other control/functional businesses in support of initiatives
+ Conduct independent research and analysis of matters, applying institutional knowledge and knowledge of laws, rules and regulations, to support in the identification of legal solutions situations or to formulate recommendations on approach or strategy
+ Apply in-depth understanding of how associated risks differ depending on product and documentation envisaged in relevant jurisdiction(s) and provides advice to the Risk function and business partners accordingly
+ Maintain detailed records and documentation while staying abreast of new and changing regulatory and legal issues and industry initiatives
+ Interact with senior leaders, internal and external peers to gather information and works closely with the team's management to determine legal solutions
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
**What we'll need from you**
+ Relevant industry experience working with financial services regulations
+ Ability to manage complex documentation with organization and detail
+ Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, as well as the ability to interact and communicate effectively with Senior management

As a Supply Chain Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the Planning team. Your responsibilities will include supply planning, CPFR processes, interpreting forecasts, managing purchase orders, vendor collaboration, and cross-functional team coordination. The ability to interpret data, leverage analytics to make decisions, and drive change will be essential to your success in this role. Key responsibilities will include the following: Define, develop, and manage daily supply planning, purchasing, and inventory optimization needs for a vast assortment of Verizon products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Manage the demand planning/forecasting process and meet deadlines effectively. Implement solutions that drive benefits to Verizon and identify areas of opportunity for process improvement. Ensure consistent and adequate supply to maintain established service level targets for the entire product portfolio while maximizing working capital. Perform detailed analysis of data from various sources to make informed decisions. Collaborate in cross-functional project teams to meet deliverables and strategic objectives. Manage suppliers through Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) processes. Drive continuous improvement in day-to-day operations and implement inventory optimization strategies. Performance manage OEM vendors to fulfil contractual obligations regarding PO fulfilment, on-time delivery, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Strategically adjust inventory levels based on market conditions, promotions, and demand fluctuations. Communicate launch readiness supply plans to senior leadership and address supply health concerns during S&OP processes. Utilise the IBP planning system to generate weekly buy plans and maintain SKU setup information and system settings in master data. Perform weekly inventory valuation and projection using system tools and templates. What we're looking for. You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience. Strong business acumen and understanding of relationship management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to create and deliver executive presentations. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Supply Chain or Planning Experience, preferably in a telecom or high-tech environment. Experience with planning, replenishment, S&OP processes, IBP, and SAP. Data Analysis Experience* Apply analytic techniques such as optimization, simulation, data mining, and statistics to validate and refine models and algorithms to optimise the supply chain. Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office and Google applications, coupled with strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory improvement initiatives with a focus on Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, CPFR processes, and S&OP processes.
