**Team/Role Overview**
The Legal Regulatory Inventory Officer is an intermediate level, non-attorney role, responsible for providing legal support to the Citi Legal team. You will be a member of Citi's Regulatory Requirements and Obligation Program specializing in the areas of Banking and Consumer Protection. In this role, you will provide critical support by drafting content for Citi's Financial Regulatory Inventory in order to keep it up to date with the latest laws, rules and regulations that impact Citi's businesses and functions. This role requires a pragmatic, proactive professional. You will have a strong legal and/or compliance background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. A background in financial services is required. Previous experience with EU prudential requirements, including policy developments and supervisory expectations is beneficial.
**What you'll do**
+ Execute legal programs and projects to achieve coordinated and efficient process improvements and legal support solutions; liaises with other control/functional businesses in support of initiatives
+ Conduct independent research and analysis of matters, applying institutional knowledge and knowledge of laws, rules and regulations, to support in the identification of legal solutions situations or to formulate recommendations on approach or strategy
+ Apply in-depth understanding of how associated risks differ depending on product and documentation envisaged in relevant jurisdiction(s) and provides advice to the Risk function and business partners accordingly
+ Maintain detailed records and documentation while staying abreast of new and changing regulatory and legal issues and industry initiatives
+ Interact with senior leaders, internal and external peers to gather information and works closely with the team's management to determine legal solutions
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
**What we'll need from you**
+ Relevant industry experience working with financial services regulations
+ Ability to manage complex documentation with organization and detail
+ Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, as well as the ability to interact and communicate effectively with Senior management
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
+ In-depth knowledge of legal customs and practices and understanding of the financial services industry
+ Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree preferred.

You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. Fluency in English, written and spoken. International Supply chain experience. Trade compliance certifications in either Export Compliance or Product Classification Even better if you have one or more of the following: A degree. Experience in managing CTPAT or AEO certifications Knowledge of International Shipping and Customs Documentation requirements 6-Sigma Process Excellence or Lean Green Belt. Experience in exporting and importing controlled products globally, especially CCL Category 5, the telecom, high tech or CPG industries. Experience in encryption trade laws across the world. Managed large-scale, complex trade compliance cross-functional projects. Experienced with restricted party screening and the compliance tools to manage corporate wide sanctions screening. Comfortable working across cultures with global partners from around the world. Morgan McKinley are delighted to partner with an innovative FMCG to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Manager in Dublin. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain strategy and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity. This role will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors, ensuring the timely delivery of products, and supporting the company's growth and operational goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and implement supply chain strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, distribution, and logistics. Oversee demand planning and forecasting to ensure consistent product availability. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards. Monitor and manage supplier performance and compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product flow and timely delivery. Implement and manage effective inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste. Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs and metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to prevent disruptions. Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supply chain processes. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team. Key requirements: 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry. Proven experience in a startup environment or fast-growing company is highly desirable. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
