**Role Overview**
As a Biotech Client Partner you will support on selected clients from the point of view their asset development and build relationships with C-level stakeholders. The focus will be on the crafting of solutions including (but not limited to) Regulatory and Drug Development strategy, Clinical development, consulting, analytic services, Real World Evidence and elements of Technology.
This role will operate across the client organization, particularly with senior global stakeholders to define and execute our priorities to move the client business forward, providing the conduit between the client and the rest of IQVIA.
This role forms one of the key client roles and should closely partner with the Account Directors from multiple departments including but not limited to Research and Development Solution (RDS), Real World Evidence (RWE), Commercial services, Patient Centric Services, Technology and laboratories to drive the account forward in accordance with both short-term priorities and long-term vision.
This role also requires a close interaction with the project execution team and oversight of the different department involved to consolidate the development of a close relation with the client, facilitating a smooth project delivery and repeat business.
**Responsibilities**
+ Drive overall business growth globally with a focus on increasing sales, revenue, and profitability into the assigned global account and assigned target assets.
+ Support the development of the Clinical, Regulatory and Drug Development Solutions, Real World & Medical Affairs account asset strategy with input from the broader account aligned team and orchestrate the operational execution including selection and planning around assets.
+ Align the account asset strategy with RDS, Regulatory, Drug Development & RWE to ensure a joined up 'Molecule to Market' engagement.
+ Build long term relationships with Executive leaders within the client to ensure long term revenue growth for RDS, Regulatory, Drug Development and RWE
+ Leverage your existing external network to gain referrals and facilitate establishment of a trust with your clients
+ Influence the client's strategy and position IQVIA through thought leadership and innovation aligned to client strategic asset priorities. Leverage senior IQVIA resources and subject matter experts as needed in building preferred supplier relationships.
+ Proactively engage client C-level leaders by anticipating client needs and leveraging the IQVIA cross departmental expertise to develop both short- and long-term cross functional solutions.

What you'll do

As the Sales Strategy & Operations Business Partner for Sales Development, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to regional Sales Development (SD) leadership, driving data-driven decisions that enhance pipeline creation, boost sales productivity, and improve team experiences. Utilize your analytical expertise to identify sales trends, optimize processes, and provide insights that improve performance. Lead and collaborate on key strategic initiatives to scale our infrastructure in support of rapid growth. Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor to Regional Sales Development leadership, supporting prep for MBRs/QBRs and other strategic forums
  • Analyze sales trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for sales process optimizations
  • Conduct analytics, generate insights, and present findings on performance
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Development teams to identify, analyze, and report on key sales performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, win rates, pipeline coverage
  • Drive rhythm of business (forecasting, pipeline council, monthly/quarterly business reviews) with strong operational rigor with Regional Sales Dev leaders
  • Drive local/regional critical projects and initiatives and drive alignment with cross-functional teams across the organization by developing detailed project plans with activity-based milestones
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to Sales Development leadership and other stakeholders within the broader Marketing org, communicating the analysis of sales data and recommending actions to drive sales growth

Who you are

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €93,200 - €139,800. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. Your Key Responsibilities Supporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases of project delivery

Proven experience in leading design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client's industry and business requirements

Producing key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials, etc.

Integration testing as required, and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing

Solutioning using design accelerators such as SAP's Enterprise Management Layer (EML) or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use on client engagements

Knowledge of end-to-end process touch points covering both upstream and downstream integrations to SAP Materials Management, including the key benefits and implementation scenarios.
