With extensive expertise in the industry, they offer a wide array of technologies, including air-cooled and liquid-cooled data centre solutions. They have supported numerous hyperscalers and colocation companies with complex projects, prioritising service and support throughout the HVAC lifecycle, including parts and services to minimise downtime. Their solutions range from Fan Wall Units up to 750KW, CRAC Units up to 150KW, CRAH Units up to 500KW, and CDUs from 1MW to 5MW, as well as AHUs from 150KW to 200KW.

They are well-positioned to offer large capacities from 50-100MW and can deliver projects such as 100MW installations, which may include Fan Walls, CRAH Units, and CDUs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with mechanical engineers, mechanical contractors, and business owners.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 3rd level educational qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

    – Approx. 3-6 years' experience as a Project Engineer or Project Co-ordinator delivering engineering capital projects.
  • Project / Programme Manager –
    Approx years' experience
    delivering large scale engineering capital projects in line with the responsibilities outlined above.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in consulting or similar client facing role.
  • Multidisciplinary experience including project management, engineering feasibility and design, contract management and procurement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex programmes.
  • Good understanding of project governance and change management principles
  • Additional professional qualifications, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, are desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope and design priority programs aligned with BSI Consulting and Program Management objectives

  • Champion AI/GenAI adoption to enhance program delivery and problem-solving capabilities

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing full project lifecycles, from planning to execution
  • 7+ years in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries with consulting or program management background
  • Proven ability to lead consulting teams and engage diverse stakeholders across matrixed organizations
  • Strong track record applying consulting tools and AI/GenAI solutions to solve complex business challenges
  • Demonstrated success in delivering global programs within commercial or pharma settings
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business administration, or economics

Desirable Requirements

  • Master's degree in a business-related field and relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Change Management)
  • Experience with facilitation, coaching, design thinking, enterprise communications, or product/project management methodologies
