Job Overview:
The Supply Chain Planning & Execution Manager is the direct liaison between KDP Beverage Concentrates and customers & co-manufacturers, ensuring stable supply to our customers on time, and in full. Aligning all planning elements (demand, production, inventory, logistics), this role will be critical to ensure that KDP's business goals for European expansion are met.

A key part of the IBP & Supply Chain team, the role reports into the Supply Chain Planning & IBP Director.

What you will do:

  • Supply and Production Coordination: Coordinates activities across Newbridge Operations & Planning, co-manufacturing partners & logistics partners to ensure supply plan execution achieved with service level at or above target.
  • Logistics: Direct liaison with Logistics provider, planning & trouble-shooting issues to ensure KPI delivery.
  • Demand: Key interface with the customer organization on demand fulfillment and delivery. Ensure forecasts are aligned with production schedules & inventory targets.
  • Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory levels by balancing supply and demand requirements, service at target with minimal Obsolescence. Analyzing replenishment needs, determining optimal stock levels to support service level attainment.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance for the European business - forecast accuracy, service level etc. Review on a regular cadence with key senior commercial & customer stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of supply, demand or business execution planning.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Masters Degree preferred).
  • Experience in customer relationship management and co-manufacturing management is preferred.
  • Industry standard accreditation desirable (eg. CPIM, IBF)
  • Expert analytical capabilities including advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated competence with data & systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong understanding of forecasting and modeling techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills required
  • Ability to manage complex tasks & solve problems in a fast-changing environment.

The Supply Chain Planning & Execution Manager is the direct liaison between KDP Beverage Concentrates and customers & co-manufacturers, ensuring stable supply to our customers on time, and in full. Aligning all planning elements (demand, production, inventory, logistics), this role will be critical to ensure that KDP's business goals for European expansion are met.
A key part of the IBP & Supply Chain team, the role reports into the Supply Chain Planning & IBP Director.
**What you will do:**
+ Supply and Production Coordination: Coordinates activities across Newbridge Operations & Planning, co-manufacturing partners & logistics partners to ensure supply plan execution achieved with service level at or above target.
+ Logistics: Direct liaison with Logistics provider, planning & trouble-shooting issues to ensure KPI delivery.
+ Demand: Key interface with the customer organization on demand fulfillment and delivery. Ensure forecasts are aligned with production schedules & inventory targets.

The Supply Chain Planning and Analytics Specialist plays a pivotal role in leading the site's planning processes and in supporting the strategic development of the Supply Chain department. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the site's forecasting activities, integrating demand signals into actionable supply and inventory plans.

+ Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging forecasting insights to improve service levels and strategic alignment.

+ Reports to the Associate Director Supply Chain.
+ Operates with significant autonomy within the scope of the role, with goals reviewed regularly, including annual formal performance reviews.

+ Guides cross-functional and cross-site supply chain groups towards data-driven decision making and high standards in business systems usage.

Qualifications

Experience:
