Supply Chain Specialist, Supply Chain *
The Senior Supply Chain Specialist will play a key role as part of the GSIUC Planning group within Materials Management department. He/She will support the function in playing a key role in executing the Supply Planning processes for the portfolio worked through GSIUC Operations. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient scheduling of manufacturing operations, aligning production plans with inventory, quality and API availability. The successful candidate will work cross functionally with Manufacturing, Warehouse, API team, Quality and Global planning to ensure timely and compliant execution of production schedules. *Responsibilities: *

• Partner with Operations teams to develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on the locked MPS
• Responsible for maintaining control and hygiene of the frozen period
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing to align schedules with capacity and operational constraints
• Coordinate with warehouse and API teams to ensure timely availability of API.

*Experience & Qualifications: *

• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management with a proven track record in MPS, production planning or related roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment highly desirable

Job Summary
In this role, the Manager Product Supply Planning has end-to-end accountability, managing the mid-to-long-term planning horizon for global supply of a set of products across a global network of manufacturing sites to ensure excellent customer service. This role is the owner for the global supply of these products and is a key partner to Commercial, Demand Planning and Operations ensuring supply chain performance. As the key point of contact for a strategic product family, the role will be leader in a global SIOP process, oversees exception management to inventory, capacity, and cost, and presenting end to end analysis and options to drive approval of the plan. The Manager, Product Supply Planning will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with Commercial, Product Platform and Demand Planning teams as well as Operations Supply Planning teams. This role will be a critical link between Commercial and Operations leading & facilitating discussions and initiatives for their product(s).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Partner to Commercial, Product Management, Demand Planning and translates strategic supply plans into operational supply plans across a global network of manufacturing sites.
• Execute inventory strategies/models for complex global supply chain networks (make stock, make to finish, make to order), gain alignment and implements recommendations.

As part of the Supply Chain Product Management team,
this individual will be the supply chain lead on New Product Development projects and support multi-functional teams through launch execution. They will design and develop optimized supply chain strategies for complex global programs and lead teams through standardized launch management processes, ensuring strong accountability. They will demonstrate strong program management capabilities and launch management expertise to drive E2E value, collaborating heavily with Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain partners.

As a Supply Network Planner, You Will

• Provides leadership to orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain for the delivery of large global New Product Introduction programs
• Support and Lead multi-functional teams through standardized launch management tools and processes to deliver launch execution and achieve overall business objectives for the program
• Drives the supply chain readiness process ensuring strong functional accountability
• Identifies gaps in existing business processes and drives improvement initiatives to address
• Designs the end-to-end value chain for new products, ensuring alignment with key business partners and strategies
• Communicates to partners across multiple levels of the organization

Qualifications/Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, quality or related discipline
• A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or quality function is required
• Strong communication and influencing skills are required
• Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is preferred
• Experience leading projects is preferred
• A degree in engineering, science, or business preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred
• Experience interacting with suppliers is preferred
• Experience working within a regulated environment
• This position may require up to 10% Domestic and International travel
