**The Role:**
Logitech has a strong track record of GRI-aligned ESG reporting and is working towards full alignment with evolving regulatory standards such as CSRD and ESRS. Sustainability is embedded into our strategy, shaping how we design products, operate, and reach customers.As the ESG Reporting Senior Manager, you will be responsible for Logitech's end-to-end regulatory disclosures, and contribute to annual reports, investor updates, CDP responses, and customer communications. You will lead a small team and work cross-functionally with legal, communications, product, finance, HR, and supply chain teams.
With a pragmatic and agile mindset, you will transform complex ESG data into clear narratives, efficient processes, and high-quality outputs. You will also strengthen reporting systems, enhance assurance protocols, and ensure ESG metrics are accurate, consistent, and stakeholder-ready.

+ Own ESG regulatory disclosures across all external channels: Non-Financial Matters Report, CDP response, investor ESG communication, regulatory filings, and customer reporting.
+ Developing Logitech's approach to compliance with evolving reporting standards such as CSRD, GRI, SASB/ISSB, TCFD, and CDP frameworks.
+ Analyse feedback from reporting exercises and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development and develop leadership roadmaps.
+ Build and implement scalable key performance indicators including directing data collection, validation, analytics, and reporting systems for multiple internal teams.
+ Develop and maintain governing tools, templates, dashboards, data protocols, and documentation.
+ Manage a small team of analysts/specialists: delegate operational work, uphold data integrity, and oversee delivery.
+ Serve as the ESG subject-matter expert, supporting legal, investor relations, sustainability leadership and HR with reporting guidance.
+ Work with legal to direct monitoring of regulatory changes, particularly in the EU, and ensure Logitech is prepared for evolving obligations.
+ Coordinate external assurance processes (e.g. ISAE 3000/3410) and respond to audit findings
+ Oversee ESG ratings and rankings and drive timely, accurate responses where Logitech has committed to annual reporting or reviews.
+ Facilitate stakeholder-ready messaging aligned with investor and customer priorities.
+ Foster a pragmatic, results-focused culture-simplify complexity and progress reporting even in informal environments.
+ Champion continuous improvement-track ESG best practices and update internal methods accordingly.
**Key Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
+ 10+ years in ESG reporting, corporate disclosure, or sustainability communications
+ Proven experience with CSRD/ESRS, GRI, SASB/ISSB, TCFD, CDP, GHG Protocol, and assurance standards (ISAE 3000/3410)
+ Track record of building reporting systems in environments requiring maturity development
+ Strong project/program management: managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
+ Excellent communicator-adept at translating complex data into clear, impactful reporting
+ Highly autonomous and self-directed-able to lead operations with minimal supervision
+ Proven experience writing and editing ESG content for reports and disclosures
+ Exceptional attention to detail and urgency in deadline-driven settings
+ Broad knowledge of global ESG regulations, frameworks, and rating methodologies
+ Preferred: Background in consumer electronics, manufacturing, or global supply chains; degree in sustainability, accounting, environmental science, engineering, or related field

Please note nationwide travel will be involved in this role. Your mission Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering environmental improvements within the sector and across associated trades. Possess advanced knowledge of ISO14001 compliance and assurance, along with key environmental aspects. Lead management reviews, and ensure associated procedures and plans are continually improved. Have a good working knowledge of key strategy aspects (decarbonisation, circular economy, climate adaptation, and biodiversity) applicable to your role. Adhere to industry standards, company procedures, and legal requirements. Communicate identified opportunities and threats to team and relevant projects. Understand sector-specific reporting standards and key performance indicators. A good knowledge and preferably experience of environmental certification/assessment tools (e.g., BREEAM, LEED, WELL, NABERs). About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior BER Assessor / Manager to lead the Building Energy Rating (BER) assessments team across domestic and non-domestic properties. This role involves managing compliance projects , mentoring junior assessors, and ensuring adherence to Part L of the Building Regulations . The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape energy efficiency strategies and develop best practices within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage BER assessments for both domestic and non-domestic buildings .

  • Oversee building surveys , ensuring compliance with TGD Part L & F (NZEB regulations) .

  • Perform detailed U-value calculations and condensation risk analysis .

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior assessors.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and energy efficiency.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance assessment accuracy and efficiency.

  • Stay up to date with legislation, industry standards, and advancements in building energy performance.

  • Ensure all work meets SEAI guidelines and statutory regulations .

Key Skills & Expertise Essential:
  • 5+ years experience in BER assessments for domestic and non-domestic properties.

  • Level 7 or higher Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Sustainability .

  • Registered Non-Domestic BER Assessor with SEAI (or willingness to obtain).

  • Strong understanding of TGD Part L & F, NZEB standards, and U-value calculations .

  • Proven experience in client management and project leadership .

  • Advanced IT skills , including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel .

  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills .

  • Experience in team management or mentoring junior assessors.

  • Knowledge of sustainability certifications (e.g., BREEAM, LEED).

  • Familiarity with heat loss calculations and advanced energy modelling tools .

Responsibilities The Role: Responsible for the Commissioning process for HVAC, Electrical and Building Envelope systems with a particular focus on the commissioning requirements to support the LEED Certification of multiple LEED projects across the various LEED rating systems . Responsible for reviewing Owner Project Requirements (OPR's) and Basis of Design (BOD) documents to ensure they meet the intended requirements, and verifying that the program's goals are properly included in the design documents. Support Design Teams with technical aspects of NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building design & commissioning strategies Work with design, construction and commissioning teams to foster an understanding of current and proposed Sustainability related legislation. Qualifications Qualification (Level 8) in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subject Qualifications in the following desirable; LEED GA or AP BD&C / ID+C and/or BREEAM AP and/or WELL AP Licensed Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer status (or working to achieve) preferable Have earned (or in process of earning) one of the following certifications: ASHRAE's Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP); ACG's Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA); or BCA's Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) 5+ years' experience as a commissioning/energy systems consultant or related position Commissioning process experience on at least 5 building projects, preferably in the industrial sector. The experience should extend from early design phase through into occupancy A background in facility operation and maintenance would be advantageous. As Sustainability Reporting and Disclosures Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Sustainability Delivery and Assurance Senior Manager in leading the PTSB's non-financial disclosure programming. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organisation's sustainability reporting, ensuring that all activity is aligned with the Bank's Ambition, Purpose, Culture and Business Strategy. In addition, you will engage in regular regulatory horizon scanning and will act as a trusted sustainability adviser to Senior Management and the wider business, utilising your experience across several domains to ensure that the right structures and processes are in place for the organisation to meet its regulatory and voluntary disclosure requirements. Responsibilities: Lead the development of all PTSB's non-financial reporting, drafting and managing the inputs for key disclosures such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Report, Pillar 3 ESG Templates and annual CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project) submission, amongst others. Be the subject matter expert in non-financial reporting, working cross functionally with key stakeholders to compile content, while ensuring that there is alignment across all disclosures. Work with the Bank's External Reporting Team and Financial Auditor to ensure that the organisation's non-financial disclosures receive limited assurance on an annual basis, where required. Conduct regular peer benchmarking, bringing insights back to the Bank and ensuring that relevant activity is built into disclosure programming, with a view to meeting best practice. Requirements: Experience in non-financial regulatory reporting essential, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Pillar 3 ESG Templates and CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project). Good understanding of international frameworks (Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UN Principles for Responsible Banking (UNPR), UN Global Compact, amongst others, and how to implement them within an organisation. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge supportively and effectively. A confident and articulate communicator capable of bringing people together and inspiring strong collaboration within an organisation. Must have the ability to write clearly and effectively.
