**The Role:**
Logitech is accelerating its transition away from fossil fuels through a comprehensive strategy aligned with science‑based carbon targets. Our global Sustainability Team is now seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager - to lead Renewable Energy (RE) initiatives across our value chain-supply chain, manufacturing, offices, and distribution. Reporting to the Sustainability Leadership team, you will design and deliver practical renewable energy solutions-from strategy and procurement to implementation and reporting-while fostering cross‑functional partnerships and supply chain engagement to help us meet aggressive SBTi‑validated Scope 3 emission reductions.

+ Lead and enhance Logitech's global renewable electricity program (RE100), achieving 100% RE in operations by 2030, and full value‑chain renewable energy (RE) integration.
+ Manage and deliver a portfolio of RE projects-from scoping and vendor evaluation to execution, financing (EACs, PPAs, onsite systems), and reporting on realized emission reductions.
+ Build scalable governance: project plans, data pipelines, dashboards, scorecards, and documentation for consumption by internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. CDP, SBTi).
+ Engage, educate, influence and inform internal teams and supply chain partners - especially in Southeast Asia - to catalyse reporting of performance, EAC procurement, development of onsite renewables and PPAs.
+ Collaborate with LCA experts to integrate RE data into product and corporate footprint models.
+ Track evolving standards (SBTi, CDP, GHG Protocol) to ensure compliance and identify new opportunities.
+ Develop and grow Logitech's Supplier Renewable Energy Portal-educate, incentivize, and digitally track supplier commitments and RE adoption beyond Tier 1.
**Key Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
+ Masters degree in engineering, science, sustainability, or equivalent experience.
+ 7+ years in renewable energy, sustainability, or program management roles with proven success across supply chain and operations.
+ Deep domain knowledge: CDP, GHG Protocol, RE100, SBTi, EACs, PPAs, and renewable energy deployment.
+ Experience in a fast moving consumer goods brand or global supply‑chain environment
+ Demonstrated success delivering RE projects in low‑structure environments-adept at simplifying complexity, pragmatic
+ Strong program/project management skills: scope, budgets, vendor negotiation, and execution tracking.
+ Proficiency in Excel/data analysis-statistical methods, dashboards, and ensuring data quality.
+ Strategic thinker with tactical instincts-translating diverse data into decisions and action.
+ Excellent communicator and influencer: able to build alignment and develop mechanisms to credibly engage and support diverse suppliers from across the world
+ Comfortable working independently-high autonomy, self‑starter.

About the Company We are working with a large Irish company who are looking to recruit a Land Acquisition Specialist to expand their offering across Ireland in the area of Renewable Energy. They work across environment, civil/structural, planning, transportations and infrastructure and their focus on renewable energy projects has led to the need to a specialist who understands 3rd party land acquisition. About the Position You will manage large scale land acquisition programs and ensure all contracts a negotiated correct, with the best intension's' of both parties. Experience/Requirements Within this role you are will: Manage and implement landowner negotiation strategies for large-scale development Ensure that all land agreements and land rights are obtained for projects throughout the development and construction. Represent the company in leading the negotiating of viable and cost-effective land deals Establishing and maintaining good relationships with landowners, tenant farmers, land managers Liaise with in-house and external lawyers, project managers and external project consultants and joint venture partners as required. Manage the financial aspects of projects Stakeholder, landowner and regulatory body management For this role you are required to have: 6years experience in land acquisition in Ireland A related qualification Proven track record of successfully negotiating and concluding agreements with landowners Familiarity with Irish Property Law Excellent negotiating, influencing, presentation and communication skills. Strong Project Management experience Experience in engineering and construction Consulting experience Preferably Chartered status A full drivers license Remuneration Package The client offers an excellent package along with benefits. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations with the support of the external accountancy firm. Ideal role for a Junior Accountant looking for experience across all areas of finance in a dynamic and growing business. Job Responsibilities: Processing invoices, managing supplier payments, customer billing, and reconciliations. Managing RCT submissions and ensuring compliance with Revenue regulations. Preparing and filing VAT returns in a timely and accurate manner. Setting up contracts and managing payment structures for sub-contractors in compliance with Irish tax law. Supporting monthly payroll processing using payroll software Daily use of Quick Books for recording transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and generating financial reports. Preparation of monthly management accounts, P&L reports, and cash flow statements for review by external Accountant. Supporting year-end audits by preparing required documentation and liaising with external auditors. Ensuring accurate coding and posting of transactions. Supporting the wider team on various finance projects and administrative tasks as required. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar accounting or finance role, ideally within an SME environment. Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA or Part-Qualified working through exams. Strong working knowledge of Quick Books or other accounting platforms. Familiarity with RCT, VAT, and Irish tax legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and ability to work independently. A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
