About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. Your role involves articulating HiredScore's technology seamlessly and aligning it with clients' current HR Tech Stack. You'll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.

• Act as the professional source for all HiredScore integration through the project implementation including pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients
• Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g. ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.)
• Client-facing - Including presenting and explaining our technology, integration, IT, Security architecture, and Answering formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.)
• Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.
• Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage
• Configuration and testing of HiredScore integration on the client systems while addressing client-specific challenges

About You
Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical or project implementation management
• Experience with external client-facing global enterprise
• Must have experience implementing SaaS / have worked in a software delivery environment of large-scale projects

• Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks

is responsible for developing and maintaining integration strategies and architecture blueprints. They lead project design and validation involving the installation, upgrade, migration, and deployment of middleware and integrations across multiple domains like SAP systems or cloud platforms like Azure. • Strong verbal and written professional technical communication skills.

Elgin is seeking a
*Platform & Data Integration Specialist *
to manage, support, and enhance our Microsoft ecosystem, with a focus on unlocking data insights and automation opportunities.

This role will ensure our core applications, including Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365, Business Central, SharePoint, and selected non-Microsoft platforms, work seamlessly together to drive productivity and business intelligence.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business process understanding, acting as a bridge between IT and operational teams.

What you will do:
Key Responsibilities

• Microsoft Power Platform – Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards; develop and manage Power Automate flows; create simple, user-friendly Power Apps.
• Data Integration & Governance – Build and maintain data flows across Microsoft applications and third-party APIs; support data quality, transformation, and security initiatives; ensure compliant, well-governed data practices.
• Business Insights – Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for better data use; centralise reporting across Dynamics 365, Business Central, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365; deliver actionable insights to teams.
• AI & Microsoft Copilot – Configure and optimise Copilot and other AI tools; support adoption and governance.
• User Enablement – Provide second-line support for Power Platform and integration queries; deliver training and documentation to drive user adoption.

Your profile
Essential

• Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years' experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps).
• 2+ years' experience with data integration across Microsoft applications (e.g. Dynamics 365, Business Central, SharePoint, Microsoft 365) and third-party APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering Power BI reports and dashboards for business users.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot/AI tools and a solid understanding of data governance in AI contexts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and data modelling.
• Knowledge of Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions) or similar cloud integration tools.
• Proficiency in SQL or other query languages.
• Prior experience supporting ERP or CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Business Central) with a focus on data and reporting.
• Familiarity with Java, particularly in the context of extending or integrating with Power Apps

IT Asset Management Integration Specialist - € Per Day

About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically savvy and hands-on IT Asset Management Integration Specialist to lead the technical design and implementation of integration solutions between SolarWinds and ServiceNow. This role will be responsible for architecting and executing end-to-end asset management workflows, including data polling, mapping, and CMDB population. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in technical design, flow creation, and system integration, ensuring seamless and scalable asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document integration flows, technical diagrams, and data models for SolarWinds ServiceNow asset management.
• Define field-level mapping and transformation logic for CMDB population.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration blueprints and configuration guides.
• Develop and configure integration components using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID servers, and SolarWinds APIs.
• Build and test polling mechanisms to extract asset data from SolarWinds and ingest into ServiceNow CMDB.
• Implement dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide Real Time visibility into asset inventory and lifecycle.
• Deploy and maintain IT asset tracking processes from procurement through disposal.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing and inventory policies.
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to align integration efforts.
• Integrate CMDB processes with change management to ensure accurate tracking of configuration items.
• Participate in governance and review boards to validate integration strategies and changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management with a focus on IT Asset Management and integrations.
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, SolarWinds, and integration tools (eg, IntegrationHub, REST APIs).
• Strong understanding of ITOM principles and CMDB architecture.
• Experience with Scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), data transformation, and workflow automation.

Key Competencies:

• Technical Stack Knowledge - proficiency in ServiceNow, SolarWinds, CMDB, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, JavaScript, PowerShell, and MID servers.
• Integration Tooling -experience with data transformation tools, workflow automation platforms, and API-based integrations.
• Technical Expertise -deep understanding of asset management tools, integration protocols, and CMDB structures.
• Solution Design - ability to create scalable, maintainable, and secure integration architectures.
• Problem Solving - analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Attention to Detail -precision in data mapping, configuration, and documentation.
• Communication - strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and present technical concepts clearly.
• Customer Focus - commitment to delivering reliable and user-friendly asset management solutions
