4. - Support the EMEA Corporate tax team with various initiatives including corporate tax audits and the support of operationalising any tax planning initiatives
5. - Partner with our US Tax colleagues for the US GAAP and US tax compliance including meeting our International SOX controls

The role: Engaging with clients to develop meaningful client relationships and to deliver a full suite of tax compliance and advisory services to our clients.
Preparation of taxation plans and responding to client queries.
Advice on tax technical issues.
Engaging with Revenue in respect of client matters.
Providing support to our senior accountants on technical tax queries Providing tax planning advice including but not limited to devising and implementing tax efficient succession planning structures for high-net-worth individuals and privately owned businesses, advice on the tax implications of gifts/inheritances and the post death variation of Estates, company reconstructions and amalgamations, devising and implementing tax efficient company exit structures.
Candidate Profile: Qualified CTA 5+ years experience in a similar role Be interested in pursuing a rewarding long-term career with our organisation.
Be capable of developing and managing client relationships.
Have excellent technical expertise across all tax heads.
Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently to analyse and solve client issues in a proactive manner.
Have strong communication, interpersonal & analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to work well as part of a team and liaise with other departments within the FDC Group.
