The role will include working across a portfolio of clients in a variety of sectors. Many of whom have an international focus. The role will be a mix of tax advisory and compliance. **Job Description**
Tax Manager role will be responsible for various aspects of UK and Foreign tax compliance, tax accounting and various transfer pricing projects.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Preparation/Review of domestic and international income tax compliance matters including the accurate preparation and timely filing of tax returns, estimated tax payments.
+ Assist with the preparation of quarterly and year-end consolidated tax provision.
+ Perform/review monthly and quarterly account analysis, assist with projections for monthly outlook package and perform account reconciliations.
+ Assist with international and local tax audits.
+ Preparation/Review of Tax disclosure notes included within Financial Statements
+ Work on special projects and research complex tax issues with the above responsibilities
+ Work with both internal and external contacts.
+ Assist in preparation of global transfer pricing studies.
+ Assist with monthly and quarterly transfer pricing reviews.

**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (Preferred)
+ Required Tax Qualification (CTA)
+ 5+ years of accounting/tax experience, with a "Big 4" CPA firm desired
+ Solid background in corporate tax compliance, GAAP, and other related accounting standards and principles.
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:**

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Work closely with senior management and external advisors to effectively manage the planning, analysis and implementation of international tax projects

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Tax Manager to join their growing Tax Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a varied client portfolio, deliver expert tax advice, and play a key role in the continued growth of a leading professional services firm. The Tax Manager will work closely with senior leadership, manage and mentor a talented team, and provide strategic guidance on a broad range of tax matters. This position offers the chance for an ambitious Tax Manager to advance their career in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of domestic and international corporate clients (both large and small). Lead and support advisory assignments across a wide range of tax areas, including Corporation Tax, VAT, RCT, Income Tax, CGT, and CAT. Oversee corporation tax and VAT compliance engagements, including liaising with Revenue on behalf of clients. Provide practical and strategic tax advice on both Irish and international matters. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Lead, mentor, and support a team of graduates and senior staff. Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including tax, advisory, and accounting professionals. Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and apply insights to advisory and compliance work. Requirements CTA qualified (or equivalent). 23 years experience working in an Irish practice. Signifiant post-qualification experience in a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of Irish corporate tax legislation. Experience in VAT compliance and/or advisory is advantageous. Exposure to cross-tax advisory work is desirable but not essential. Proven leadership and people management skills. Strong delegation abilities and experience developing junior team members. Excellent client relationship management and communication skills. Highly organised with strong time management and planning skills. Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
