The successful Tax Compliance Specialist will be working as part of the Tax Compliance and Tax Advisory team on a diverse and interesting portfolio of clients which operate across a broad range of sectors. Responsibilities Planning, organising and controlling the completion of tax compliance. Providing support on client tax planning strategies. Assist with planning staffing allocation and deadlines. Interacting with other Deloitte offices around the world as part of globally coordinated corporate tax compliance engagements.

Researching tax technical compliance matters including the application of evolving global tax developments to Irish companies.

Contributing to how we evolve through use of tax technology and tax transformation projects, helping to design Deloitte's future corporation tax compliance process and how we deliver our product.

Identifying cross selling opportunities within our compliance portfolio and referring same to other tax departments and/or the wider firm.

Assisting with identifying the strategic direction and ongoing evolution of our Global Delivery Service Model.

Supporting the Corporate Tax Compliance Centre Directors and Partner in the ongoing management, strategic direction and advancement of the corporate tax compliance centre.

Mentoring, coaching and motivating our onshore and offshore trainee group to be best in class in the delivery of compliance services and playing an active role in their performance appraisal process.

Assistance with planning, development and facilitating of ongoing corporate tax compliance training programs.

Management and oversight of working capital management objectives and other key metrics.
