The Opportunity
The Facilities Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. This role involves managing a team of facilities staff and outsourced service providers, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. The role is also responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance for all relevant systems, GMP and Non-GMP. The Facilities lead will also oversee all aspects of the Energy Management System with a particular focus on continuous improvement.

The position will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing all aspects of these functions with input and local accountability for strategy, forward planning, safety, quality, delivery, cost and service performance.

  • Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of GMP, system validation, HVAC, and clean utility systems (e.g., Purified Water, Pure Steam, WFI); experience with control systems and energy management within GMP environments is advantageous.

You will provide therapy inputs to families, school teachers and school principals in the form of group sessions and workshops. You will be directly involved with the implementation, and monitoring of therapy interventions aimed at supporting children and their families. You will work in the context of a broad programme of school supports such as those provided by NEPS and Department of Education & Science to ensure alignment and consistency with their policies and procedures.

Role Overview
The Engineering Lead – MuleSoft is a senior technical leadership role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions. Experience
10+ Years of overall experience, 4+ years in MuleSoft with hands-on expertise in Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and CloudHub.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, API lifecycle, and agile software engineering practices.

Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and propose long-term strategic fixes.

Experience with version control (e.g. Git), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI).

MuleSoft Certified Developer / Architect credentials.

Familiarity with Java, REST, OAuth2, SAML, and message brokers (JMS, RabbitMQ).

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

  • Oversee and support process by reviewing daily transactions on performance parameters
  • Review performance dashboard and the scores for the team
  • Support the team in improving performance parameters by providing technical support and process guidance
  • Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
  • Ensure standard processes and procedures are followed to resolve all client queries
  • Resolve client queries as per the SLA's defined in the contract
  • Develop understanding of process/ product for the team members to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting

  • Identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to Team leader in cases of untimely resolution
