Plan, implement, and review care and placement plan collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Promote resident rights and well-being across physical, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual domains. Lead a dedicated team of support staff, supporting them to deliver care with dignity, respect, and kindness. Getting to know each residents unique personality, interests, and needsand making sure their care plans reflect this. Uphold recovery-focused principles, promoting dignity, respect, and positive regard for residents and their families. Encourage participation in training, medical appointments, and social activities, providing transport when needed. Conduct risk assessments for all activities and ensure safety protocols are followed. Assist in crisis situations, including the use of approved intervention techniques when required. Provide regular updates on residents progress, both written and verbal. Communicate any changes or concerns in relation to resident needs/care to the management and maintain accurate records of resident care, activities and observations Act as a keyworker for designated resident and support them during transitions or referrals. Provide support and guidance to family members or as appropriate. Assist with the daily operation of the service and ensure resources are managed effectively. Cooperate with inspections and implement recommendations as needed. Deliver highest quality of social care and assistance to residents as per their Care Plan Organising rotas, leading handovers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Being the go-to person during shifts, offering guidance and practical support. Encouraging professional growth by coaching and mentoring your team. About You Youve worked in a residential care setting before, ideally in a senior or team leader role. Youve a relevant qualification in Social Care, Psychology, or a related field (minimum Level 7 on the NFQ) Youve completed formal registration with CORU including (where applicable) recognition of international qualifications or already registered with CORU and be able to provide registration upon request. Youve a Degree in Intellectual Disability Nursing and an active NMBI Pin Youve a relevant qualification in people management or leadership (desirable) Youve a full clean drivers licence and be prepared to drive company vehicles Youve a knowledge and understanding of scope of practice for all social and healthcare professionals Youre an excellent communicator and an organised leader. To supervise and support staff by identifying their training needs and development requirements. * To ensure the delivery of a quality service by designing, implementing, and reviewing quality monitoring systems appropriate to requirements of a residential service and relevant legislation and standards. * To ensure that adequate staff cover is provided and participating in the roster where applicable. * To provide appropriate support and assistance in all aspects of independent living, in accordance with individual support plans. * To document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes in line with HIQA Standards. * To work in conjunction with the manager to co-ordinate and plan as appropriate to the needs of the services ensuring the efficient day to day management of the service. * To comply with health and safety legislation and ensure the safe use and regular maintenance of all aids and appliances used within the houses. * To liaise with families, the multidisciplinary team and other personnel as directed by the Centre Manager. * Additional Requirements: Hold a full, clean manual driving license for at least two years. J&J MedTech, is recruiting for a Network Transformation Leader, as part of the Network Transformation Orthopaedics group to be located in Raynham, MA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Raritan, NJ, or Cork, Ireland. This individual will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of the Network Strategy.
**Principal Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Design and development of Strategic Network Development Programs
+ Development and submission of Business Cases for Network Transformation
+ Provide strategic leadership managing vision and purpose which support organization, functional and program goals.
+ Management of Network Transformation Metrics, including design, tracking, mitigation and reporting in line with business commitments
+ Conduct program reviews with Supply Chain Leadership Team and other executive stakeholders as required.
+ Lead and develop several cross-functional teams in the actual implementation of strategic supply chain business processes, and develop and implement process improvements to support related business systems.
+ Enablement of Supply Chain Digital Strategy to enable optimization of critical Supply Chain Processes
+ Partner closely with Finance to ensure Financial planning and tracking is in place for all projects.
+ Partner closely with Regulatory, Operations, Operations, Plan, Network Teams to ensure execution of the strategy development programs
+ Manage initiatives effectively, timely, and on budget while minimizing any impact to base business, customer service and employee engagement. Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations to satisfy outcomes.
+ Create and deliver presentations to PMO/Management on project business cases, goals, plans, issues and risks, including progress reports, mitigation and contingency plans.
+ Develop and revise project plans, work with stakeholders to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
+ Develop future state business case proposals for additional actions which drive supply chain resilience, agility and financial value.
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or related field highly preferred; Advanced degree such as a M.S. or MBA preferred
+ A minimum of 10 years of related experience required
+ Project management experience required
+ Demonstrated experience of Business Case development for Supply Chain Programs
+ Strong knowledge of E2E Orthopaedics product supply, manufacturing and distribution
+ Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines
+ Lean manufacturing and six-sigma methodology experience preferred
+ Product cost management and budget management preferred
+ Up to 25% of travel both domestically and internationally is required
