In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a production line, managing a team of operatives, and ensuring that production targets are met safely and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for a natural leader with a background in a fast-paced production or warehousing environment.
€35,000 per annum (base salary) with significant overtime potential.
Hours are 5am - 5pm on a rostered basis Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of line operatives to meet daily production goals.
Ensure all products meet Fyffes' high-quality standards.
Operate Counterbalance and PPT machinery safely and efficiently as required.
Monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and report any faults to the maintenance team.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Assist with stock management and order processing, preferably using the SAP system.
Train new staff and ensure the continuous development of your team.
Requirements A valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
A valid and in-date Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) Licence.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable: Previous experience using SAP software is highly preferable.
Experience in the fresh produce or food production industry.

Your Responsibilities: * To provide leadership to staff on a daily basis in the facilitation and implementation of a Person Centered service appropriate to the needs, wishes, and requirements of the clients.
