Asso.subsea is currently seeking to fill in a Trenching Pilot position onboard one of our vessels.

Travel date: approx. 1st October

Duration: 6 weeks approx.

SOW: Trenching

You are a strong fit for the Trenching Pilot position if you have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant hands-on technical experience.
  • Strong background in electronics, hydraulics, or mechanical systems.
  • Proven experience with jetting systems or mechanical trenching operations.
  • Flexibility to travel and work offshore globally on a rotational basis (several weeks on duty followed by time off).
  • Clear and effective English communication.
Your Responsibilities as a Trenching Pilot
  • Conducting maintenance and repair tasks on trenching equipment on board our offshore vessels or as part of the project.
  • Managing the launch, recovery, and precise subsea operation of trenching vehicles
  • Operating and monitoring tools such as mechanical trenchers, sonar, video systems, and navigation equipment, while analyzing data from various onboard sensors.
  • Assisting in documentation including daily reports, technical procedures, risk assessments, and work permits.
  • Executing planned maintenance safely and effectively, following internal safety and quality standards.
  • Cooperating with the wider offshore team and maintaining clear communication at all levels.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and enhance processes
+ Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to define and develop solutions to high level problems
+ Provide expertise in area of advanced knowledge of applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets, cross functional project, or multiple projects
+ Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
+ Utilize advanced knowledge of supported main system flows and comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas to achieve technology goals
+ Consult with end users to identify system function specifications and incorporate into overall system design
+ Allocate work, and act as an advisor/coach developers, analysts, and new team members
+ Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

**Tech Transfer Project Manager (FTC 12 months)**
**About the Role:**
Join our team as a Tech Transfer Project Manager and lead the successful introduction of a 4-step NPI into the TILGC P1 facility. Reporting to the Tech Transfer Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, and oversee budgets. You'll play a key role in risk management, resource allocation, and problem-solving to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. This is your chance to drive impactful projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Create and develop detailed project plans including interdependencies, timelines and key milestone tracker for the project.
+ Planning and overseeing the execution of a large (4-step) scale NPI manufacturing project within the API facility onsite in TILGC.
+ Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans for all projects, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk mitigation strategies are integrated into project plans and executed effectively.
+ Regularly communicate identified risks to TT manager and senior leadership.
+ Ensuring projects adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and timelines.
+ Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Production, CAPEX Projects, Finance, quality control, Supply Chain and Global ownership functions to ensure seamless project execution.
+ Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve cost-effective and timely project completion.

**What You Bring to Takeda:**
+ Degree in Life Sciences field
+ PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
+ 5+ years experience in Lead PM roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
+ Proficiency in project management processes and procedures.
+ Understanding of GMP procedures and practices.
+ Strong competency in organizing and managing complex project activities.
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Ability to work under pressure & managing conflicting tasks at the same time.
+ Problem Solving mindset with attention to detail.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Strong Knowledge of API processes preferred
