In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical roles-ranging from software engineers to silicon design experts-across multiple business units. You'll act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and ensure every candidate has an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build effective hiring plans, and deliver against headcount goals Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber technical talent Use advanced Boolean search techniques, social media, and modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to uncover hard-to-find talent Provide strategic guidance on market insights, talent availability, and hiring trends Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences through strong communication, transparency, and follow-through Track and report on key recruiting metrics; adapt strategy as needed to ensure hiring success Preferred Experience Proven success recruiting in a global, matrixed organization Strong familiarity with the semiconductor industry, R&D functions, or deep tech Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple international markets, particularly EMEA Skilled in articulating and understanding complex technical requirements Proficient in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and candidate engagement strategies Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills Why Join AMD? Responsibilities Sourcing, engaging and shortlisting of specialist Automation resources to service a wide array of client requirements. Cultivating a strong pipeline of Automation resources to fulfil both immediate and future project requirements. Population and maintenance of internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring records are kept up to date, accurate and GDPR compliant. Taking ownership of entire candidate onboarding process from initial technical screening, to interview prep, offer process, contract process, and management of resource queries ahead of starting their new role. Maintaining close relationships and regular contact with all resources placed. Providing in-depth information about the company, projects and job opportunities to potential applicants. Collaborate closely with your OTS colleagues and work together to achieve collective team goals Qualifications 3-5 years' experience working as a Recruiter with a track record and network preferably in one of the following disciplines - Automation, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Previous experience recruiting within Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Team player with a strong collaborative mind-set. Self-motivated and driven to consistently contribute to team and company success. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, efficiently and professionally. Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and previous experience using an ATS.
