**Summary:**
As Employment Investigator at Meta, you will be responsible for conducting prompt, thorough, and fair investigations comprising background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings in partnership with Employment Law, HR and Employee Relations Business Partners, and the business. Although you will primarily conduct investigations in your local region (EMEA), you will be expected to manage some investigations cross-regionally.Success in this role will require working effectively across geographical and societal boundaries and discerning systemic issues revealed during the investigative process. **Required Skills:**
Employment Investigator, EMEA (Short-Term Employment) Responsibilities:
1. Manage complex employment related investigations, end-to-end, including conducting intake meetings, background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings, across Meta office locations within the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe
2. Partner closely with global cross-functional partners within Employment Law, Human Resources and Employee Relations, Security, Internal Audit, etc., and business units to conduct prompt, thorough, and fair investigations
3. Investigate complaints involving violations of law or policy, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, privacy concerns, conflict of interest, integrity, failure to escalate and other inappropriate behaviour
4. Conduct intake meetings and investigative interviews, background research, analyse and synthesise relevant documents and data to make factual findings that address all relevant policy issues
5. prepares reports, summaries and presents verbal and/or written debriefs appropriate stakeholders on investigation findings
6. Skilled at identifying systemic challenges and leveraging data-driven insights to design and implement sustainable, long-term solutions
7. Provide timely communication to all relevant parties throughout the investigations process, including responding to case escalations
8. Remain respectful and empathetic in the face of difficult and uncomfortable situations surrounding an investigation

We are looking for an  **Account Director ** to join our **DACH Staffing team**  as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our customers within Mid-Market sector. You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with our Talent Solutions. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals, you will always have your clients' best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success. 
**Responsibilities: **
+ Builds relationships with multiple stakeholders (vertically and horizontally) across the customer's organization 
+ Asks layered, open-ended questions to understand and clarify customer's objectives and challenges beyond surface-level detail 
+ Leads with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives 
+ Drives customer decision making by achieving shared vision and proactively considering the value props that tie all stakeholders together 
+ Thinks commercially and applies business acumen when crafting & negotiating commercial agreements  
+ Uses data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections  
+ Proactively mitigates churn risk by adopting a smart, customer-centric approach
+ Engages customers throughout and adapts a strategy when needed to optimize ROI 
+ Drives customer growth by proactively identifying opportunities to deliver greater customer value 
+ Is disciplined in Territory and Account Planning, Forecasting, and Quota Attainment 
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of applicable sales experience
+ Business fluency in English and German
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with HR and/or recruitment
+ Background working in a recruitment agency
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
+ Experience selling SaaS and/or IT solutions
+ Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, forecasting, strategic planning and business acumen skills
+ Demonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in fast paced sales environment
+ Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and compelling storytelling
+ Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs
+ Ability to collaborate and include multiple business partners

We are looking for a **Talent Solutions Account Executive** to join our team in tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business. You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries as well as blanketing your region with outbound activity. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options and sell corporate solutions for recruitment. Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the client.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects 
+ Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status 
+ Close new business consistently at or above quota level 
+ Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information 
+ Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement 
+ Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team

We are looking for an **Associate Account Director ** to join our team in contributing to successful client relationships with corporate clients in the SMB market. You will be responsible for making sure that clients renew their contracts with LinkedIn's talent and learning products and services. You will focus on a portfolio of client accounts to ensure there is engagement in products through discovery, training and ultimately guaranteeing the investment made in LinkedIn's solutions best meet the clients' needs. 
**Responsibilities: **
+ Execute small account contract renewals that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship 
+ Own, drive and manage the renewal process for a high volume of customers 
+ Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure 
+ Provide executive management with complete visibility to renewals and solicit executive involvement as required 
+ Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies

+ Strong understanding of the talent acquisition/staffing agency industry

+ Excellent communication and project, time and customer management skills 
+ Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close Enterprise businesses in an evangelistic sales environment
