Purpose
The Plant Technical Quality Assurance (PTQA) Specialist is a senior position within the QA function which will typically report to a QA Manager and will be required to be a Subject Matter Expert in their assigned area of responsibility.

• Implement and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance Plans, ITPs & Benchmarks.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and testing to verify compliance with technical specifications and standards.
• Monitor and document non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Review and approve materials, methods, and workmanship in line with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate QA documentation, inspection records, and test reports.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and Glent's internal quality systems.
• Promote a strong quality culture on-site and provide QA-related training or guidance where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Glent projects.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years' experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspection methodologies, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with infrastructure or civil construction projects preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English (German is an advantage).
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
