The CX Compliance team is essential in ensuring that our global CX Compliance Operations function efficiently, comply with regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver high-quality resolutions. As a TMS Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations for customers (individuals/entities) that may lead to drafting and filing a SAR. You will work extensively with functional leaders in the Financial Crime Risk Service line and support functions to maintain production and quality of the highest standard. You will work independently, prioritising multiple tasks with minimal guidance, and remain open to feedback from all levels to drive continuous improvement in compliance handling.
*What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):***
* Investigate AML and fraud-related alerting transaction on the blockchain; write and/or file Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)
* Conduct investigative review and analysis in support of Coinbase AML regulatory compliance policies and programs including investigating automated alerts from our transaction monitoring systems, and referrals sourced from law enforcement requests and other Coinbase lines of business
* Analyze transaction activity and KYC information and conduct due diligence research in support of investigations
* Document investigations in written narratives
* Decide whether activity warrants escalation for additional review and subsequently recommend whether activity appears suspicious and warrants filing of a Suspicious Activity Report
* Maintain detailed documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulations and internal policies and procedures
* Remain current with industry standards and developments in the areas of KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC, and apply regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures to case investigations

**Supply Chain Specialist, Supply Chain**
The Senior Supply Chain Specialist will play a key role as part of the GSIUC Planning group within Materials Management department. He/She will support the function in playing a key role in executing the Supply Planning processes for the portfolio worked through GSIUC Operations. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient scheduling of manufacturing operations, aligning production plans with inventory, quality and API availability. The successful candidate will work cross functionally with Manufacturing, Warehouse, API team, Quality and Global planning to ensure timely and compliant execution of production schedules. **Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with Operations teams to develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on the locked MPS
+ Responsible for maintaining control and hygiene of the frozen period
+ Collaborate closely with Manufacturing to align schedules with capacity and operational constraints
+ Coordinate with warehouse and API teams to ensure timely availability of API.
+ Liaise wih Quality to incorporate testing and release timelines into production plans
+ Update and communicate schedule changes to relevant stakeholders. Manage schedule breaks for the area.

**Experience & Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management with a proven track record in MPS, production planning or related roles.

Job Description
Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Program Manager, where you will play a crucial role in leading strategic projects across our growing manufacturing site in Ballytivnan, Sligo. In this role you will drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and support new product introductions. This role will be key in driving initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and enhance efficiency. It is an exciting opportunity to have a big impact on how our site grows and develops and ultimately the impact we can therefore have on our patients.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead Supply Chain strategic projects and deliver on agreed milestones that lead to improvements in overall performance
+ Drive initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and enhance efficiency.
+ Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and coordination of material introduction to ensure correct material availability to meet Program requirements
+ Provide forecasts to Category Managers for NPI to ensure timelines are achieved
+ Transition products from NPI phase to commercial planning
+ Establish robust Supply Chain Procedures to support NPI and commercial process
+ Provide SAP technical support and drive system optimization, analyze data and identify areas for improvement, track progress and report on performance
+ Support S&OP process and collaborate with CFTs to improve overall performance
+ Upskill SC team on SAP functionality reporting and analyzing of data
+ Work with sites in network to establish best practice and alignment -
+ Data visualization and reporting on automated scheduling index
+ Provide audit support as required
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business.
+ 10+ years of planning experience in a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment.
+ Experience managing projects and demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and motivate cross-functional teams
+ Strong presentation, communication, and Microsoft skills.
+ Familiarity with AbbVie brands and products is a plus.
+ Demonstrates adaptability, effective communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities: Lead and implement SCO projects that add value to Supply Chain Operations. Lead the execution of Supply Chain Operations operational readiness plans for manufacturing campaigns for new and existing products. Supply Chain Operations lead for CapEx projects and enterprise projects including development of LRP projects for SCO. Lead infrastructure enhancement projects related to the Supply Chain Operations (SCO): warehouse storage areas, dispensary and sampling operational areas. Lead and support business process excellence implementation within Supply Chian Operations (e.g. 5S, SMED, Leader Standard Work, PPM & Standard work). Initiate and lead productivity and value enhancement projects for Supply Chain Operations. Support and partner closely with internal customers to ensure all operational activities are current and comply with cGMP conditions. Support and partner closely with peer groups to ensure SOPs, training records and other documents are current and compliant under cGMP conditions. Ensure areas meet compliance standards and highlight any issues and work proactively with the area team and others to ensure resolution. Partner with validation subject matter experts, prepare/approve validation protocols, validation plans, protocol executions, and summary reports in support of ongoing revalidation and validation efforts required for commercial manufacturing. Participate in cross-functional teams, as applicable, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using root cause analysis tools. Develop, define scope, and support the implementation of technical solutions under the guidance of site change control systems. Coach, mentor and train team members on area processes, procedures, use of operational excellence tools, and high-performance team behaviours. Effectively and consistently prioritise and delegate daily assignments and projects to technicians and associates. Ensure that all staff understand, properly prioritize, and execute their assignments and adhere to production schedule.
