technology solicitor (3–6 PQE)
to join its expanding
Technology team in Dublin

Responsibilities
- Advise multinational and domestic clients on all aspects of
technology law
,
data privacy
, and digital transformation. - Draft, negotiate, and advise on
commercial and technology agreements
, including outsourcing, licensing, cloud, and SaaS contracts. - Provide expert guidance on
GDPR
, cybersecurity, and data governance frameworks. - Support clients in the commercialisation of emerging technologies, including AI, fintech, and platform services.
- Collaborate closely with partners and cross-practice teams on complex, cross-border matters.

Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years' PQE as a
t
echnology lawyer or data privacy specialist, ideally gained with a leading Irish or international firm. - Strong experience in technology law, commercial contracts, and data protection.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Commercially sharp and solution-oriented, with confidence advising global clients.
- A team player with ambition, curiosity, and a passion for technology and innovation.
