Logistics Specialists monitor inventory levels to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained to support build and repair activities. They receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed to Data Center Technicians and Engineers. They will also be responsible for loading and unloading shipments and transporting parts between different locations. This position involves frequent lifting of materials and products. Logistics Specialists will be required to keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company. They also maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces. They must be available to work shift work.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, as well as experience and knowledge of reverse logistics processes. Experience handling vendor relationships is helpful.

- Typically work is in a warehouse environment where the noise level is moderate to loud.
- May also work is in a data center environment where the noise level is loud.

The logistics compliance analyst we are looking for is self motivated and can manage their workload independently. Duties and Responsibilities:
● Help process the Move Order Requests (MORs), which are placed from various warehouses across a number of locations
● Review and ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the MORs are in place and compliant with shipping practices
● Creation of manual trade documents as needed
● Maintain brokerage & transportation performance reports, and report transportation cost as requested
● Review and approve commercial invoices generated for order types
● Coordinate and resolve, or escalate to manager, any inbound international shipments stuck at customs

**Education & Competencies**
+ Bachelor's degree required, business, logistics/transportation, or another related field.
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in import/export operations, international business or another related field.
+ Good working knowledge of Logistics - preference for experience in fulfilment using multiple modes of transport (courier networks, air freight and sea freight). Candidate will able to book, price and monitor shipments.
+ Sound analytical abilities and familiarity with enforcement of internal controls required.
+ Knowledge of AEO, Taric and EU embargoed and Sanction regulations applicable to the medical device industry preferred
+ Must occasionally use judgment to determine when strict enforcement of requirements vs. exploring compliant alternatives as appropriate.

Transport and Logistics Operations Manager Excel Recruitment is seeking a Transport and Logistics Operations Manager for our client who specialises in the delivery of large-scale transport and logistics services across the Munster Region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a large fleet of vehicles and managing regional logistics offices. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with strong people management skills and a proven track record in fleet operations and route optimisation. Responsibilities Lead the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of transport services across the Munster Region. Oversee regional logistics offices and support local managers in Cork and Waterford. Plan, schedule, and monitor resources to optimise vehicle and driver utilisation. Ensure all vehicles meet road worthiness standards in collaboration with engineering teams. Manage recruitment, training, and performance of drivers and operational staff. Maintain contractor relationships and ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards. Conduct regular fleet audits and ensure minimum compliance checks are met. Manage procurement and tendering processes in line with central procedures. Continuously review route networks to ensure efficiency and value for money. Submit operational reports to senior leadership and relevant authorities. Address operational incidents and ensure compliance with safety and data protection policies. Respond to stakeholder, customer, and media queries professionally and promptly. Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Support the implementation of new IT systems and digital transformation initiatives. Requirements Proven management experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations. Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of transport legislation and compliance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). Experience with route planning, vehicle scheduling, and resource optimisation. Understanding of procurement processes and contractor management. Familiarity with transport management systems (e.g., SAP, Trapeze) is an advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. Job Description
AbbVie Cork is a dynamic Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) site, producing a diverse portfolio of innovative technologies and products.
We are currently sourcing a Supply Chain Manager to join our site leadership team, reporting to our Site Head. The Supply Chain Manager leads all supply chain and warehouse activities related to supply of current products and new product launches.
This includes coaching and mentorship of an experienced and skilled team across Demand Management and Supply Levelling, Master Scheduling, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), and Warehouse/Storage management.

Here is a snapshot of your responsibilities:
+ Ensure the development and delivery of the Supply Chain organizational vision and strategic objectives.
+ Build, develop and mentor a team of diverse professionals within your function.
+ Partner with the Senior Leadership team to execute on the site and enterprise-wide strategy.
+ Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product availability, with full alignment to production plan while driving continuous improvements to sustain Operational Excellence and improved financial performance across your team.
+ Take responsibility for Health & Safety, as well as the core Environmental and Energy Sustainability Programmes within the Supply Chain function.
+ Develop senior level relationships with suppliers to resolve critical issues, deliver cost savings, and implement value-added processes.
+ Monitor and achieve optimal inventory turnover consistent with plant efficiencies, customer service and distribution requirements.
+ Ensure that the internal rolling forecast file, which is used to track inventory, production schedule adherence, production batch status and shipment schedule adherence is maintained.
+ Identify and implement continuous improvement Projects in the Supply Chain and WH Areas.
+ Work with the quality system ensuring that the site quality policy and GMP and GDP is fully complied with on a continuous basis.
+ Ensure Known consignor certification is maintained
+ Contribute to the development of the Global Supply Chain Function, i.e. become an active participant of the global team.
+ Champion and lead Culture & Engagement and EEDI initiatives in Supply Chain function and across the site.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or science with 5 years plus experience in supply chain management.
+ 5 year + People Management with demonstrated ability to develop key talent and to set clear vision and strategy for your team
+ OPEX Black / Green belt certified preferably
+ Experience in engaging, collaborating, and influencing at senior leadership level
+ Ability to think outside the box and provide solutions through structured trouble shooting methodologies
