In this role responsible for delivering training as required for Microbiology, undertake administration of compliance wire and maintain training levels for all lab personnel. They are also responsible for compliance within the micro lab, reviewing compendial chapters for changes and vendor notification to ensure compliance with the lab.

In this role you will:

+ Carry out Compliance wire administrator role and monitor overdue items

+ Schedule and supervise Transition year students within the lab. Organise external and internal training as required for lab personnel
+ GTW meeting, Focused on improving the causes of delays to close GTW records through the GTW meeting to ensure they are closed in a timely manner

+ Reviewed updates of pharmacopeias/regulator guidelines

CX Compliance Operations is responsible for delivering high quality Transaction Monitoring (TMS) investigations; which is a critical component of Coinbase's financial crime compliance programme aimed at deterring illicit activity on our platform, protecting against exploitation by criminals and complying fully with our legal and regulatory obligations.
As a Senior AML Investigations Trainer, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of new hire onboarding and cross-skilling training to drive quality and performance through the TMS Investigations network. You will be the primary point of contact to advise cross functional teams on the impact of change on the Analysts TMS investigations requirements, and case outcomes to deliver effective, targeted support readiness training to help investigations keep pace with regulatory and technology change. You will partner closely with various cross-functional partners such as Workforce Management, Vendor Management, Operations, Financial Crime Compliance and Quality Assurance. You will be an expert in the field of AML/CTF investigations, and have previous experience delivering training both in person and virtually to a global audience. In addition to your role supporting training, you will continue to work live cases in production to keep up to date with Coinbase's investigations requirements and continually develop your investigations skillset.
