Customer Account Management Business Development Representative
The Customer Accountant Management Business Development Representative is a person signing new and additional products with existing clients in order to increase return on investment for our customers and increase our value proposition, turnover and profits. They present the offers and make sales to win new small to medium sized Elavon customer business via telephone or mail. This person also supports processes focused on customers' database maintenance.
You will be at the forefront of driving adoption and revenue growth with our existing customers. Your role will involve hunting new opportunities and identify high-value customer opportunities within a specific geography and portfolio, in some cases where you are working with Customer Account Managers, you will partner with the current account managers to deliver upsell and cross-sell. You will engage with our customers to understand their needs and align where our portfolio of products that can add the most value for our customers.
In this role you will be expected to execute effective campaign strategies across a customer portfolio, you will own the full-cycle sales engagement plan for cross selling & upselling products, from identifying qualified leads to revenue realization. In partnership with the Account Managers, you will identify, and drive opportunity win plans for our existing customers. You will understand detailed business drivers in your forecast and intentionally work the best opportunities that maximize your ability to hit revenue goals.
You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and understand our competitors' products. By driving the adoption of our products, you will play a pivotal role in propelling company's revenue growth while helping customers.

What You'll Be Doing
Program & Content Development
- Develop scalable training content including self-paced courses, certifications and video tutorials
- Launch and grow a Customer Academy with tiered learning paths for different personas (e.g., Admins, Power Users, Consumer Users) including best-practice and tips and tricks section to underline our 30+ years of experience in the DAM space.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to create training for new features, add-ons and releases.
Cross-functional Enablement
- Collaborate with Implementation Managers to offload repetitive training tasks, freeing them to focus on strategic onboarding.
- Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to promote ongoing learning and product mastery across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience needed to be successful in this role:
Required
- First & foremost, you will need to have experience of supporting & driving customer learning in a SAAS Environment to be successful in this role.
- 3+ years' experience in customer education, enablement, training, or a related field in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong experience managing a LMS platform (preferred Absorb) including structuring learning paths, uploading content, managing users, and reporting engagement metrics.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective customer training programs.
- Experience building and scaling a Customer Academy and certification programs
- Hands-on experience writing, producing, and maintaining digital learning content—including video scripts, e-learning modules, interactive tutorials, quizzes, and guides.
- Proficient in eLearning content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand training
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Support, Implementation, and Customer Success.

We are seeking an L&D Specialist to join our growing team. As an L&D Specialist, you will work with the Musgrave L&D team, colleagues in retail stores and with the Regional Teams, to design, implement and review people plans for each store from an L&D perspective.

- Working with our Regional Managers & Retail Partners to provide relevant and tailored training and advice, influencing and coaching Store owners where appropriate
- Co-ordinating and delivering on site Customer Service Training with retail teams
- Providing advice to Owners & Managers on the tools & techniques to exceed customer expectations & develop their business through their people
- Support SuperValu & Centra Retailers to lead positive cultural change in their business
- Co-ordinating and delivering on site Leadership and Management Training (Feedback, Coaching, Communication Skills etc.)
- Supporting store owners & managers to complete training needs analysis for their teams and develop appropriate learning plans via the Musgrave Institute.
- Facilitate workshops with Store Owners, Managers and other senior stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of L&D and behavioural change initiatives
- Advise Retailers on all aspects of Learning & Development, career development and employee engagement.
- Assessing the service level for the region & regional performance reporting (through Mystery Shopper audits & internal assessment)

What we are looking for:
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
