**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a Global Operations Manager to join our Travel, Expense, and Corporate Card (TEC) team. This role is pivotal for someone who thrives in a productive environment, is committed to driving significant impact within a high-energy finance organization, and makes decisions using data.This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Travel, Expense, and Corporate Cards. The Global TEC Operations Manager will lead the development and implementation of Travel and Expense strategies, ensuring alignment with Meta's broader financial and operational goals. This role involves collaborating with our third party vendors and cross functional partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role will be instrumental in enhancing and automating travel & expense processes, optimizing cost control measures, documenting and streamlining processes and using data insights to improve performance across the organization
**Required Skills:**
Global Travel & Expense Manager Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for Meta's Global Travel and Expense programs, improving policies and processes to support scalable and sustainable growth
2. Utilize advanced data analytics to proactively monitor and report on key performance metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement predictive measures to prevent fraud and enhance financial security
3. Lead the development and implementation of automated solutions to reduce overhead and increase operational speed
4. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining Meta's reputation for integrity and financial prudence
5. Provide strategic leadership and oversight for new initiatives
6. Implement and maintain effective cost control measures to optimize financial performance, ensuring operations are efficient, balanced, and compliant
7. Foster robust engagement with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment across all initiatives and rightsizing Travel and Expense offerings based on the employee population
8. Engage in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies that could impact financial operations
9. Undertake process and program improvements as assigned within the Travel, Expense, and Corporate Card program team
**Minimum Qualifications:**

10. Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
11. 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in Finance, Travel, Expense, Corporate Cards, or a related field
12. Experience in similar tech environments, adept at navigating complex organizational structures and collaborating with external and internal partners
13. Experience with data tools and platforms such as Concur, Oracle, and Excel, with experience analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports, statements, and projections
14. Experience leading projects where establishing clear priorities and managing multiple demands and resources effectively was needed
15. Experience improving processes through simplification, redesign, and automation
16. Experience working with cross-functional partners and leadership to effectively communicate and set project expectations. Previous experience working with data, metrics, and statistics to effectively influence decision making at a leadership level
17. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects of financial management
18. Previous experience leading projects that required gathering and analyzing necessary data for completion of project goals
19. Experience in leading and influencing outsourced teams and managing supplier relationships effectively
20. Experience communicating with, and influencing at all levels of the organization

We are currently recruiting experienced Private Nurses to provide premium, one-to-one care for a VIP client currently based in Dubai , with the possibility of international travel aboard a luxury private yacht.

This is a permanent position offering the unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with the elegance of global travel — always following the sun through some of the world’s most breathtaking destinations.

Possible Travel Locations You may accompany the client to exclusive international destinations such as: – Dubai – A cosmopolitan centre of luxury and innovation – United Kingdom – Coastal retreats and serene countryside – United States – Glamorous stops including Miami and California – The Caribbean – Tropical islands with turquoise waters and white-sand beaches – France & Monaco – The refined charm of the French Riviera – Marbella – An iconic jewel of Spain’s Costa del Sol – The Algarve – Portugal’s southern coast, known for golden beaches and Mediterranean elegance – Cyprus – A sun-drenched island rich in history – Greek & Italian Islands – Legendary coastlines and Mediterranean allure – The Maldives – Remote luxury and natural beauty

When docked, overnight accommodation is provided in carefully selected high-end hotels.

Your Role You will provide individualised, one-to-one nursing care to an 80-year-old VIP client , maintaining high standards of privacy, professionalism, and medical continuity throughout. Requirements Nationality : European, UK, US, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand passport Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), 4-year program Language : Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level) Experience : Minimum of 4 years in a hospital setting Benefits Salary : A tax-free salary negotiable depending on profile and experience Leave : 30 days of paid holidays annually Accommodation : Good-quality housing provided at no cost Travel : All international travel expenses fully covered Contract : 1-year renewable contract
