**Responsibilities**
+ As an expert in client accounts, you'll ensure account health by proactively monitoring all activities, while seeking feedback to grow more of their business and creating long-term strategies to improve the client experience. In this role you'll get to:
- Manage 100 – 200 customer relationships. Some of your customers will be new while others may have been using HubSpot for several years.
- Work with your customers on a regular basis to understand their goals and aligning them with the necessary resources to achieve them.
- Partner with different teams at HubSpot to 'solve for the customer' including onboarding, up-sell/x-sell, and renewals. Along the way, you will get to know HubSpot's software incredibly well and help your customers fully adopt the platform.
- Your day-to-day is a mix of proactive and reactive work, and CSMs have a lot of autonomy in managing their "book of business". The proactive work includes 4-5 scheduled deep-dive meetings per day with customers, where you review their progress, make strategic and tactical recommendations, and keep them up to date on the latest and greatest features from HubSpot. The reactive work runs the gamut from questions about invoices to "how to" questions about the software

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Experience in Dental, Pharmaceutical, Aesthetics or Medical Sales is a plus — but not essential.
- A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives on building long-term relationships.
- A full driving licence (you'll be out meeting clients regularly).

Dental Medical Ireland (DMI) is a distributor of dental products, equipment, and engineering / after-sales support for dental surgeries with offices in Dublin (Leixlip), Cork, and Lisburn (Northern Ireland). We Supply a wide range of consumables (disposables, materials etc.) used in dental clinics, from many leading manufacturers, equipment from well-known brands (A-dec, Planmeca, KaVo, Dentsply Sirona, etc.) and provide installation, maintenance and engineering support / after-sales service. We have trained engineers nationwide. We also operate an online web shop with customer-service support, live chat and next-day delivery for many items.
By utilising our Dental Directory's experience in Aesthetics sales & distribution through MedFx, DMI hopes to grow this area within its existing dental customers and new and existing aesthetic customers in Ireland.
