IBMers have a growth mindset and work in teams to include different perspectives to drive exceptional outcomes for our customers. We showcase ownership and autonomy throughout the design process and seek understanding of strategic objectives to create beautiful and functional products. At IBM you will be joining us in serving as a responsible technology innovator and a force for good in the world.
**Your role and responsibilities**
Imagine being part of a team that is passionate about turning UX Research into insights that drive product outcomes. As a User Experience Researcher in IBM Software, you will play a vital role in informing product decisions through user-centred research, driving business outcomes and elevating a product's overall value and user experience. We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our team of experienced UX Researchers working on our Maximo Application Suite product team. It makes key tasks like maintenance, inspections, and ensuring reliability simpler and more effective. Maximo Application Suite is part of the broader Asset Lifecycle Management organisation, which builds software products to help customers improve the availability, reliability and profitability of their assets by optimising the entire asset lifecycle.
If you are a talented UX researcher who strives to be the voice of the customer while delivering quality insights to cross-functional teams that drive product outcomes, we would love to hear from you.

*
Data Analysis and Insight Development: A critical aspect of this job is the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret a range of data types to identify key findings, patterns, and insights so that they can deliver business value to the product team. You should be able to discover insights that are revealing, inspiring and actionable and craft them to be easy to understand, use and share. You should also communicate these insights effectively through compelling presentations and written reports that clearly deliver value to the business.
