Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Executive to join their friendly and professional team. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with customers in the showroom and respond to online and phone enquiries. Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to test drives, financing options, and final handover. Build strong rapport with new and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicles. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current stock, promotions, and financing options. Prepare and present vehicles to a high standard. Accurately complete all documentation relating to vehicle sales and finance. Work closely with other departments (e.g., service, finance, administration) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Represent the dealership in a professional and positive manner at all times. Key Requirements Proven experience in a similar vehicle/car sales role is desirable, but high-performing sales professionals from other industries will be considered. A genuine passion for cars and excellent knowledge of the motor trade (training can be provided for the right candidate). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Excellent presentation and organisational skills. Full clean Irish driving licence is essential.
