This is a brilliant opportunity for both newly qualified nurses and those with some experience under their belt. We have the right support in place to help you grow in confidence and develop your skills, alongside opportunities for progression and fully funded postgraduate studies if you'd like to pursue them.

What matters most is your enthusiasm, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to providing great patient care as part of a team.

Life at AllPets

Our hospital is home to 7 vets, 8 nurses, 3 ACAs, plus a supportive management and client care team. Many of our vets and nurses hold advanced certificates, and we encourage ongoing professional development with funded CPD, certificates, diplomas, or even PhDs. The hospital is fully equipped with digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, in-house blood analysers, and separate cat and dog consult areas. We're proud to be ISFM Gold Cat Friendly accredited and to offer referral services in orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery and ultrasonography.

Most importantly, we work hard to create a positive, supportive culture. Regular case discussions, wellness advocates on the team, and a strong focus on work-life balance help to ensure everyone feels valued and supported. Drogheda itself is a lively town with excellent transport links, making it easy to enjoy both work and life outside the hospital.
