ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a creative, highly organised and proactive Presentation & Graphic Designer.
You need to have a proven track record in leading the design requirements for critical sales
presentations (particularly PowerPoint) plus delivering design activity across B2B and B2C brands.
We're looking for someone who has the following experience and skills:
- Essential that you have considerable experience designing PowerPoint sales presentations – taking complex business ideas and bringing them to life in a simplified, visually compelling way - using the latest design tools.
- Experience designing digital and graphic assets for both B2B and B2C brands.
- Highly organised and working on project management and collaboration tools such as Asana is second nature.
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver design outputs across a broad range of areas including: presentations; RFPs; email campaigns; events; collateral; web and social assets etc.
- Work in an agile and fast paced company environment where you'll be managing multiple design projects at once, that must be delivered within tight timeframes across multiple markets globally.
You will be as comfortable leading the creative direction for critical customer presentations, as you will working on the broad scope of day-to-day design activities. Critically, you need to be able to work in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment working to tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Alchemy brands: you will work with other designers to lead and own Alchemy's family of brands including Alchemy, Loop and Callisto. You'll be responsible for brand management and development, and brand assets and templates across all brands. Together, you will lead brand update rollouts, ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent identity across all markets
- Sales presentations: you will own the concept and design of customer sales presentations in PowerPoint, translating complex business ideas into visually compelling, cutting-edge presentations.
You are skilled in PowerPoint presentation design and interactive html presentations when required
- RFPs & customer pitches: lead the graphic & digital design for customer pitches and bids in Word / Adobe, working with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver personalised, bespoke pitch documents that helps us stand-out from the competition
- Campaign creative: you will lead the creative for email marketing campaigns including graphic design of banners, landing pages, and promotional material across Alchemy's family of brands
- Web & social: contribute to the design of the Alchemy, Loop and Callisto websites including the production of all web and social design assets
- Events: all event design requirements including exhibition stand graphics & collateral
- Graphic design: for all social, websites, customer journeys, blogs, case studies, business templates, sell sheets, whitepaper articles, keynote presentations, internal communications and announcements, newsletters, promotional material across all brands
- Video: ability to create and edit video content to support sales teams & internal communication would be ideal
- ROI: You are also responsible for providing regular updates and ROI reporting to the wider Global
Marketing team Team: you will report to the Senior Global Marketing Manager with a dotted line into other project leaders including Head of Brand. As this is a global role, you'll support all regions and may be required to work outside of your normal working hours to support projects on an ad hoc basis
YOU HAVE
- 8 years experience with a proven track record of graphic and digital design across various styles and projects (from cutting-edge presentations and digital assets to RFPs)
- Strong experience in managing multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Driven to achieve and deliver with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to run with ideas, think on your feet
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, or related field
- A passion for creativity and keeping up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in your design approach
- Highly organised and structured approach to work, with proven experience using project management and strong collaboration skills
- Happy to work remotely, with the opportunity to meet with the team in person (depending on location)

Based in Dublin 10, Wholefoods Wholesale is the leading multi-channel distributor of health foods, vitamins, minerals & supplements and natural bodycare products across Ireland. The company distributes well-known natural brands such as Optibac, A.Vogel, Rescue Remedy, Deliciously Ella and Biona to health food stores, pharmacies and grocery stores nationwide.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we are looking for a creative and energetic individual with a passion for design and health & wellness to help activate and promote our portfolio of brands. This is primarily a B2B trade marketing role with elements of B2C marketing included.

Responsibilities
- Create compelling visuals for digital and print, including social media graphics, web banners, email campaigns, presentations and trade-focused sales brochures.
- Work with a portfolio of brands to activate B2B marketing activities such as catalogue adverts, trade promotions, in-store activations and product sampling.
- Collaborate with the Wholefoods marketing team and brand owners to design and produce eye catching instore POS materials to support sales within retail.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
