The Applications Development Senior Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage one or more Applications Development teams in an effort to accomplish established goals as well as conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)

**Job Description**
The Vice President, Ireland Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for overseeing stage commercialization, manufacturing, test and release of Gilead products for international markets. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Private Equity, Fund/Client Accounting Vice President to join our Private Equity team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland and will be working in a hybrid capacity.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Conduct accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and complex funds, including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.
  • Develop and implement Service Improvement plans, optimizing processes, and specialist review functions.
  • Provide input into methodologies and review complex work done by team members.
  • Provide guidance and review work related to cash and asset reconciliations relating to complex accounts or transactions.
  • Resolve reconciliation of accounts for the most complex or atypical transactions and review work of team members.
  • Draft reports for clients regarding the performance of highly complex funds.
  • Provide guidance on report structure.
  • Regularly interact with clients in answering questions and resolving multifaceted issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes.
  • Evaluate GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine the impact of new regulations on fund accounting practices.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
  • Supervisory or small team people management background.
  • Financial Service or Banking experience essential.
  • Private Equity and fund/client accounting knowledge required.
  • Investran and Geneva experience required.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, to join Outsourcing Governance team. This role is located in our Dublin Office /HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Supports management in the day-to-day efforts related to first line of defence regulatory oversight management by performing a diverse set of activities in monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and related policies.
  • Act as a point of contact: 
    • For outsourcing related queries and provide guidance and training in line with outsourcing policy, procedures and regulations to the internal clients and stakeholders; and
    • Between the parties to outsourcing arrangements, as required, and maintain a team spirit and collaborative approach
  • Support in ensuring all phases of outsourcing lifecycle are performed including maintenance of records and tracking completion of monthly management information.
  • Assist in maintaining the firms Outsourcing Register, drafting and distribution of documentation for the completion of assessments, ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews.
  • Track more complex regulatory and compliance data and provide as needed to support the development of management reports.
     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Third level qualification is preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Several years of work experience in Financial Services is required
  • Broad knowledge of CBI Outsourcing Regulatory Requirements and guidance preferred.

**Team/Role Overview**
As an Enterprise & Governance Risk AVP within the Citibank Europe Plc (CEP) Enterprise & Governance Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in providing a holistic view of the risk management function. This includes the development and implementation of risk identification, risk frameworks, and policies reviews; risk appetite setting & oversight of adherence; risk data quality & governance oversight; independent risk management formal assurance; and reviewing & overseeing risk-related regulations.
You will collaborate with other Risk teams - Credit Risk, Market & Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, and Risk Analytics - all reporting into the CEP Chief Risk Officer.
The Enterprise & Governance Risk AVP will be responsible for CEP Independent Risk Management (IRM) reporting to management and board-level committees, IRM controls governance, including leading transformation efforts for the team, as well as oversight of IRM Issues & remediation efforts.

+ Responsible for coordinating and delivering timely and insightful risk reporting to Board and Management Committees, including maintenance of the risk calendar, reports, and detailed schedules.
+ Assist in the development and enhancement of risk reporting and associated processes.
+ Own proactive management of the team's control environment, driving transformation activities.
+ Provide oversight of the CEP IRM Issues & Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), facilitating proactive management by the Senior Management Team.
+ Support enterprise & governance risk activities, including risk policies, risk identification, risk appetite, risk disclosures, risk data quality, and risk assurance activities.
