This is a full-time, permanent, hands-on role running Monday to Friday offering daytime hours. However, due to the nature of the position, flexibility is required to meet the demands of the business. You will have proven experience managing a team within a busy warehouse operations environment and a strong understanding of distribution processes. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, motivating, and supporting them to achieve and exceed weekly performance targets. You will oversee the daily workflow across key warehouse functions including goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pick rates, parcel dispatch volumes, and order accuracytaking corrective actions where necessary to ensure high operational standards are consistently upheld. As a hands-on supervisor, you will provide on-the-job training to improve team performance, monitor stock levels, and investigate inventory discrepancies in collaboration with the stock control team. You will also work closely with other departments such as transport and customer service to ensure seamless coordination across functions. You will also take ownership for overseeing the overall safety and compliance of warehouse operations. This includes ensuring that all staff strictly follows all health and safety procedures. You will monitor daily forklift activity and ensure all material handling equipment (MHE) is properly maintained and operated in line with company policies. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Lead and motivate the warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets, fostering a performance-driven work environment. Plan and manage shift schedules, delegating tasks effectively to meet operational demands and ensuring adequate cover across all warehouse functions. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pick rates, order accuracy, and dispatch times, providing regular updates and reports to management. Deliver training and coaching to both new and existing staff, ensuring all team members are fully compliant with procedures, and supported in their professional development. Promote strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments to always maintain a safe working environment. Identify areas for improvement within warehouse processes and lead the implementation of operational changes to enhance efficiency and improve service delivery. Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments including transport, stock control, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the operations. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, including equipment maintenance logs, staff performance metrics, and incident reports, in line with company requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and workflow processes. Excellent team leadership and people management skills. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Good understanding of health & safety regulations in a warehouse setting. Effective verbal and written communication. Flexible approach to working hours and shift demands. **Position Summary:**
The purpose of this role is to support the manufacturing / Packaging operation by receiving Raw materials, Frozen Human Plasma & Products from vendors. Preparing materials to supply the manufacturing / Packaging operations. Those activities are to be conducted in compliance with GMP/GDP regulations. While adhering to all site specific standard operation procedures & Policies.
**What will you be doing?**
+ Unload Inspect materials / products received from Vendors. This will include ambient, chilled & -30⁰c trucks.
+ Perform all relevant transactions in SAP & SGP
+ Physically locate material & products into the warehouse's Ambient, Chilled & -30⁰c using manual handling equipment & RF Terminals
+ Prepare all packaging components/products for the Manufacturing using SAP & in accordance with BOM
+ Prepare Frozen Plasma shipments for outbound delivery
+ Load frozen trucks with Plasma
+ Working in -30⁰c for periods of time
+ Basic error handling on automatic warehouse
+ Ensure all materials are stored and handled in a compliant manner to effectively protect against damage, loss and/or shrinkage
+ Conduct and/or assist in physical inventory counts
+ Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and working areas at all time to ensure compliance to site policies and GMP/GDP
+ Conduct daily / pre shift inspection on material handling equipment
+ Participate in / prepare for internal & external audits.
+ Participate in training as required both onsite & off-site
+ Working in different departments when required
+ Any other duties assigned by Supervisor / Manager
**Who will you be?**
+ Demonstrated ability to inspire high performance in others and align team members around shared goals
+ Experience managing and handling pallet equipment (forklifts, stackeretc)
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
+ Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Must be flexible with working hours / shifts in order to accommodate the 24 hour, 7 day plant operation.
_Physical Requirements_
+ Ability to lift /move up to 50 pounds.
+ Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
+ Manual dexterity to perform all job functions.
+ Exposure to -30°C ,Ambient, chilled temperatures

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Team Leader for distribution & vehicle management, you will be responsible for managing our van distribution service and fleet. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive a best-in-class delivery service while continuously improving efficiency and aligning with our strategic goals. This is a permanent position. Successful applicant will be required to work onsite Monday to Friday. The standard hours of work each week will be 7.75 hours per day which is the equivalent to 38.75 hours per week. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of a five-vehicle delivery service in Dublin, ensuring optimal deployment based on daily requirements. Maximise efficiency in route planning, regularly reviewing and redesigning routes to enhance service delivery while reducing costs and environmental impact. Monitor and report on van service performance, ensuring key delivery KPIs are met. Track, analyse, and manage van-related costs. Lead and develop the van distribution team, providing training and career development opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance van service performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, acting as Deputy Fire Evacuation Manager. Support and backfill other warehouse team leaders as needed, including opening and closing procedures. Manage all company-operated and leased vehicles, liaising with leasing companies on renewals, repairs, and replacements. Collaborate with Finance to oversee lease agreements, ensuring smooth renewals and timely decision-making. Maintain the "National Fleet Database" portal, ensuring fleet accuracy and compliance. Oversee vehicle inspection processes, ensuring all company vehicles meet safety and operational standards. Keep up to date with fleet management trends and automotive technology, ensuring our vehicle strategy aligns with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals. Conduct bi-annual fleet reviews with the Country Manager and leasing providers. Qualifications and Skills: Full, clean manual B driving licence. Strong IT proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Previous experience in transport planning and fleet management. Experience with SAP and fleet management software is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels. Strong time management and planning abilities, with the capability to thrive under pressure. Results-driven with strong commercial and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and proactively. Forklift and manual handling training is an advantage. Customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement. A proactive problem solver with strong leadership and motivational skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and make critical decisions when required.
