About the Role: EPS require a Treatment Plant Operator to work in the Cork area on a fixed term basis. The role requires a good understanding of both the Water Treatment process, full training will be provided for the successful candidate. This is a multi-disciplined organisation and job role, so all experienced applicants from associated disciplines are welcome. This is a critical role ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance on a 24/7 basis. Key Responsibilities Operate the plant and optimise process parameters. Coordinate with field personnel from the Central Control Room (CCR) to ensure smooth plant operations. Act as the daily point of contact for the National Control Centre (NCC). Operate the EDIL system daily; receive and act on NCC instructions; log grid-related testing delays. Measure, monitor and record various process parameters; maintain plant and shift logs. Carry out daily inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring no abnormal noises, leaks or odours. They wish to appoint a Senior Sales Engineer. The Role This is a field-based role, responsible for expanding sales opportunities for water treatment chemicals into both existing accounts & new customers. Working primarily within pharmaceutical, food & beverage production, datacentre & general industry, the day to day will involve engagement with site engineers, facility management & procurement, supported by a strong inhouse technical team. Keen to speak to highly motivated individuals with experience gained within in an aligned industry chemicals, laboratory, process engineering or perhaps volume/technical sales into general industry & manufacturing. The Reward Company are well positioned to again double turnover in coming 2/3 years, with major infrastructure investment scheduled for 2025 & 2026 along with further acquisitions planned.
