This role will be based in out **Limerick site.** Providing manufacturing, product and process co-ordination **support to the manufacturing line and Line Support.** This is a great opportunity for students who are interested learning more about manufacturing operations.

_Tasks and responsibilities may include:_
+ **Coordinate and prioritise** production to meet customer requirements, maintain inventory levels and relevant Key Production Indicators (KPIs) as per the plan developed with the Operations Supervisor. **Communicate and record output levels.**
+ Support the Supervisor and Operations Associate in the **maintaining of the Daily Management records.**
+ Collaborate with **NPI teams** to ensure that builds are **prioritised and progressed** through the line as per required timelines.
+ Identify and manage **training priorities vs business needs** monthly
+ Support the Line Support Team with the **formation of a training schedule** and ensuring the execution of the plan, ensuring versatility, station rotation and line staffing plans are adequate to meet business needs. **Train & support the line SME's in delivery of training.**
+ Support the **implementation, and scheduling of training** for **document changes.**
+ Support the Supervisor and Operations Associate in developing **Production Training plans** for new hires and ensure **cross-training plans for employees** are implemented.
+ Support the Operations Associate in the upkeep of the **SLMS training & ensuring that training is effectively recorded** in line with QMS.
+ Reviews overtime needs with Operations Supervisor and **co-ordinates gathering list of team members to meet this need.**
+ Support the Supervisor with creating **Staffing Plans** .
+ Ensure **quality standards** and expectations are communicated and deployed.
+ Maintain the reports on **quality and production metrics** (rework, scrap, line clearance, QA audits, cell shutdown)
+ Participate in **continuous improvement activities** , e.g. **Lean/Cost Reduction** initiatives.

**Position Summary**
The Staff Project Engineer will provide technical leadership across various project related activities. A knowledge of the design, development, and validation of manufacturing technologies essential for the role, particularly in one or more of the following areas: CNC machining, metrology, packaging, biomaterial production and coatings. **A little more about your role.**
The Ireland Roads team is seeking a Principal Engineer with extensive post professional qualification experience in the design and project management of road schemes and active travel schemes to work in our Limerick (N/M20 Project office). The team is growing and offers excellent opportunities for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will lead and help grow a team undertaking concept, preliminary and detailed designs for major national road schemes including the N/M20 Cork to Limerick Project, Public Transport schemes (including Cork BusConnects and Metrolink) and active travel schemes for the National Transport Authority and Local Authorities.
The candidate will be involved in the project management and technical delivery of schemes from inception through to the handover of the completed schemes to the clients. This role will primarily be client-facing and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivery of schemes in either the local, regional or national transport arena.
+ Managing projects to ensure coordination and compatibility of multi-disciplinary inputs on projects of varying scale, complexity and value.
+ Liaising with our clients, developing strong trusted relationships, proactively managing their expectations and comprehensively advising them.
+ Undertake project technical lead and reviewer roles

+ Prepare fee proposals and manage budgets for individual projects.

**What we will be looking for you to demonstrate.**
+ Project management and technical delivery lead of Road or Public Transport/Active Travel schemes, with experience of Transport Infrastructure Ireland/National Transport Authority/Local Authority procedures essential.
+ Experience of contract document preparation or contract administration/site supervision using Public Works Contracts
+ A chartered member of a relevant engineering technical institution.
+ Experience or knowledge of alignment and drainage design software packages such as Civil3D/Open Roads and WinDes preferred, but not essential.
+ Good communication, client management and interpersonal skills are essential.
+ Excellent IT skills including MS Projects.
+ A thorough understanding and application of current design standards including; Urban Street and/or Active Travel Design (i.e. Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets - DMURS, The Traffic Signs Manual, the Cycle Design Manual etc.), Highway Geometric Design (i.e. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) Publications) and also TII and NTA Project Management Guidelines;

The Ireland Roads team is seeking a Senior Engineer with extensive postgraduate experience in the design and project management of road schemes and active travel schemes to work in our Limerick (N/M20 Project office). The team is growing and offers excellent opportunities for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will lead and help grow a team undertaking concept, preliminary and detailed designs for major national road schemes including the N/M20 Cork to Limerick Project, Public Transport schemes (including Cork BusConnects and Metrolink) and active travel schemes for the National Transport Authority and Local Authorities.

**Responsibilities:**

**What we will be looking for you to demonstrate.**

Our Ireland Roads team is seeking a Deputy Project Manager/Principal Engineer with experience in the Roads Sector to be part of a team working on major national road schemes including the 85km A5 Western Transport Corridor, A29 Cookstown Bypass, N/M20 Cork to Limerick Project, and Public Transport schemes. The successful candidate will lead and help grow a team undertaking preliminary and detailed designs for major national Roads schemes and local authority transport improvements across Ireland
**A little more about your role.**
As Deputy Project Manager your role is primarily focused around delivering the core function of providing the project management support on Major Road schemes, including but not limited to delivery management of individual tasks, analysis and problem solving, preparation of briefing plans / progress reports, programme updates and monitoring and completion of financial administration such as in-month updates, month end reporting, and invoicing.
Other supplementary functions of this role will all be based around supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project. These activities will predominantly be focused on Business / Quality Management System processes and tools and could include contract, change, risk or resource management, earned value analysis, project reviews / audits or lessons learnt analysis.
There will also be an expectation that the deputy Project Manager will be capable of leading a team of project staff and, in doing so, provide professional / technical guidance and coaching to ensure that the appropriate skill / knowledge levels are achieved to drive an continuous improvement in our project management service.
