Job Description
Unijobs on behalf of the University of Limerick are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Administrators for various divisions within the college. The starting hourly rate on offer is €18.40. These positions are full time, temporary roles ranging from 2-9 month contracts and a 35 hour working week Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of an administrative office within the university. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars Maintain office supplies and equipment Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation Ensure records are kept up to date and stored securely Requirements: Minimum of two years relevant work experience in a busy and fast paced environment Strong organisational and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy Discretion and confidentiality Leaving Certificate or equivalent Unijobs is an equal opportunities employer.
