Gives employees the right responsibilities in accordance with departmental standards, professional and legal requirements. Explains unit requirements and/or incidents in a clear and concise manner to the clinical nurse manager. Acts as the unit's resource person. Helps with patient care when required. Finds the right internal controls for the department and offers ways to keep an eye on and enforce adherence to them. Takes part in providing patient care within the facility.Takes part in educating patients and their families. Venepuncture and IV cannulation if needed. Encourage the use of evidence-based practice.RequirementsIn good standing is the NMBI General Nurse license. Preferably, three years of clinical experience. Teaching skills, leadership traits, professional judgment, the ability to think critically and solve problems, and a feeling of professional growth are all required of candidates. must exhibit the ability to multitask. Exhibit the capacity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
