Skills & Qualifications required for this role: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Facilities Maintenance role. The ideal candidate will ideally be from a Trades background. Experience in Facilities Maintenance desirable but not essential as training will be provided. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be proactive, self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Proven experience in an Engineering/Maintenance environment with relevant training and skills would be desirable. Some exposure and experience on computers is required minimum MS office use.
