**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Electrical Technician, you will inspect, repair, replace, install, wire, adjust, and maintain all equipment for an assigned location.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Review and follow instructions covering the scheduled and emergency repair, installation, and inspection of work to be done.
+ Advise when the immediate shutdown of equipment is necessary to minimize damage, or when temporarily continued operations will have no harmful effect.
+ Dismantle, clean, repair, replace, etc. electrical equipment taking all safety precautions.
+ Make mechanical repairs as required in connection with the servicing of electrical equipment.
+ Install, splice, or replace sections of wire incidental to repair or temporary installation.
+ Make emergency mechanical repairs without other maintenance personnel.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Liaise with discipline leads to coordinate activities for efficient execution of Maintenance activities.
Ensure all PTW and mechanical isolations are in place to perform maintenance works related to mechanical Utilities.
Develop cost saving and energy reduction initiatives on utilities systems Updating GMP maintenance documents and drawings to reflect any changes required and to improve operation of maintenance activities.
Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance on all operational equipment Proactively problem solve to ensure that operational issues are solved permanently.
Ensure corrective action is taken, as required, for all equipment and operational problems to drive continuous improvement in the Plant.

Responsible for coordinating system installations and/or upgrades at NTA and customer sites, working collaboratively with suppliers and operators to actively resolve technical issues with all systems; Responsible for addressing all service-related issues at operator sites, included (but not limited to) troubleshooting minor software problems, firmware upgrade, hardware troubleshooting, providing training to customers and new operations personnel; Being accountable for the development, operation and maintenance of practices, processes and procedures as applicable to the Operations Team; Developing and updating documentation covering all aspects of Operations Support to facilitate knowledge transfer and standardise operational support interfaces between service providers, transport operators and the NTA; Ensuring the timely and prioritised management of incident faults relating to vehicle equipment and relevant NTA back office systems through a managed service desk; Support ongoing and new project initiatives being implemented by the NTA and Transport Technology directorate; The role will be based from the NTAs offices, but is a hands on support role that requires frequent off-site visits to Service Providers and end-users premises.

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Data Center Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.
+ Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
+ React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed.
+ Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.
+ Alert management if subcontractor performance doesn't meet all requirements per the Master Service Agreement.
+ Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
+ Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and respond to HVAC-related client problems.
