Seek and act on client feedback to continually improve the group experience. Celebrate repeat business, build loyalty, and develop bespoke packages tailored to each groups needs. Work in partnership with the marketing team to develop campaigns that highlight both hotel offerings. Coordinate cross-property packages to ensure a seamless client experience, reflecting true teamwork. Share learnings and success stories across departments and support junior team members in upskilling and adhering to best practices.
